I ordered multiple sizes of two different styles of pants. I was unaware of the extremely high shipping costs to return the sizes that didn’t fit. The cost to return the pants would be more than the cost of the pants themselves. Now I’m stuck with pants I can’t wear. Mauvais should be willing to cover return costs if they are willing to support customers abroad.

I normally wear the meduim size and I ordered a meduim MAUVAIS White Embossed Sweatshirt which was big on me and after wanting to do an exchange for a small a very high amount was imposed for me to ship the item back. After paying up to $24 for shipping its not fair to pay and additional $35 just to have the item shipped back for an exchange.

Large jacket I bought is too large. I need to exchange it for a smaller size but Olivia is saying I need to pay an additional $35 for the return after I already paid $24 for shipping. That’s unacceptable.

The products differ greatly from the images. It is not right to have tailored abs altered trousers to make it look fitted on the model when the actually product is nothing like that. The trousers I purchased were not fitted at all compared to the images on the website.

Didn’t like clothes, looked different than online; paid $80 but was told it would cost me $110 to return since the Mauvais is too cheap to pay for shipping for returns so you ge t forced to keep bad products. Will never buy again and recommend others not to

Not too impressed with the quality tbh. For the price I paid, I could've gotten a few items of better quality from Zara with items that weren't made in China. Pants are almost paper-thin, garments came in a cheap plastic bag, not what you would expect from what's supposed to be a premium brand, but typical of Chinese products. Expected more from this big over-hyped brand. All in all, packaging was poor, garments feel cheap, WAAAAy too expensive, not to mention I live in Canada and got hit with $50 extra for customs tax. All things considered, doesn't look how I thought. Extremely disappointed. I want to send it back, but I'll get hit with customs tax again. I Gotta take this one on the chin I suppose. Shirts alright I guess, for a Chinese garment. Definitely won't be buying anything else from them ever again.

In regards to import fees, being that we are a UK company, you have to be prepared for fees charged by your Government and we do make people aware of this on our website.
