Not too impressed with the quality tbh. For the price I paid, I could've gotten a few items of better quality from Zara with items that weren't made in China. Pants are almost paper-thin, garments came in a cheap plastic bag, not what you would expect from what's supposed to be a premium brand, but typical of Chinese products. Expected more from this big over-hyped brand. All in all, packaging was poor, garments feel cheap, WAAAAy too expensive, not to mention I live in Canada and got hit with $50 extra for customs tax. All things considered, doesn't look how I thought. Extremely disappointed. I want to send it back, but I'll get hit with customs tax again. I Gotta take this one on the chin I suppose. Shirts alright I guess, for a Chinese garment. Definitely won't be buying anything else from them ever again.

In regards to import fees, being that we are a UK company, you have to be prepared for fees charged by your Government and we do make people aware of this on our website. The pants are too small, and I can’t return with the information you sent. No agency can use the return address sent. I STILL HAVE PANTS, BECAUSE I CANT SEND BACK.

Déçu En plus des frais de port élevés nous avons dû payer des frais de douanes. Si vous habitez à l’étranger les pantalons reviennent chers!! De plus sur deux modèles de même taille, un pantalon n’allait pas du tout. Nous ne l’avons pas renvoyé de peur de payer des frais supplémentaires. Bref nous n’avons pas fait une bonne affaire.

Haven't received my order. Ordered a jumper on 5th December as a Christmas present. The order got lost, communication was slow and not completely helpful. Was told the reorder would be with me by the 23rd, however, I wasn't given a tracking number and still haven't received my order on the 26th. Very disappointed.

My hoodie did not fit and it cost $125 just to send it back to you guys. That’s extremely unfair. I can’t even wear the hoodie now

The return process is incredibly difficult. It costs more in return shipping for the jacket than the cost of the jacket itself, so now I am stuck with this item. Very inefficient and poor business practice.
