“Fabric of the pants are very cheap and low quality very thin Material on all 3 three pants I don’t think I would ever buy from you guys again”

“Ordered two pairs of trousers. The first time, they only shipped one of the two, so I sent an email. The customer service was good at first, with one working day replies. They sent out the missing trouser but instead, it was just a duplicate of the one I already received. So now I have two of the same one, and one still missing. It's been two weeks now and I stopped receiving replies from their customer service.”

“I ordered a size 30 r which is always been my size for years but was way to small so sent back just waiting for size 32 to arrive, hopefully soon, there are some other nice clothes I want to order but I hope the sizes don't keep altering and if 32 fits it well be the same for other trousers”

Hi Dionne We have checked this issue out and can see that delivery attempts were made to the address you had given us although you were not in to receive your parcel. Your parcel then went to your local holding center and is now on it's way back to us as you had not picked it up within their holding time period. We will have your parcel re-sent to the address given when we receive it at our warehouse. Please also bare in mind that we have fewer staff due to COVID-19 safety precautions and are doing our best to get through emails in a timely matter. Kind Regards The Mauvais Team

“I want you to know, I love the tracksuit but for some reason th material started to irritate me when I tried on the suit. I am in the process of returning the tracksuit but it's with a heavy heart. I really like the tracksuit so well done to the fashion designer for Mauvais. I want potential customers to buy this tracksuit you will love it, but it's not for me 😞. I am not a poser but I looked dam good in this tracksuit.”
