“I got 3 products white premium logo polo, black gold taped tee, and black cargo pants. The 2 shirts are great. But, the black cargo pants that I was excited for can’t even fit around my foot to be put on. I wear size 12.5 shoes my waist is 32. This was unexpected and a huge disappointment.”

Hey Mulugeta, we make our customers aware of taxes that they have to face on our website, this is due to us being a British company and you ordering from abroad, therefore incurring fees charged by your government.

“I’ve ordered 2 times and both orders have been inaccurate sizes. I emailed them for and exchange or refund but they won’t pay for shipping. I’ve done so much online shopping recently, and I’ve never had to pay very expensive shipping for something that wasn’t my fault. Again, I shop online for clothes and most of them have been very close to being accurate to my size, except for Mauvais clothing. Their sizes are way off.”

“The shirt was to small for being XXL I GOT charge 21.00 then what was Advertised so I am calling my bank to dispute this payment. Not happy with what I got and the transaction was very distasteful to be charged more than what you advertised”

Hey Jeffrey, as you are from the US and shopping from a UK company you have been charged in GBP rather than USD. When shopping from the US there is a pop up that informs you to change currency to USD to avoid this happening.

Hey Charbel, sorry to hear about his - Can see the item you ordered is a Slim Fit which we would advise you to size up if you want a more comfortable fit. We would also recommend following the washing label inside the top to avoid shrinking in the future.
