“Purchased a top 7 days ago, it still hasn’t arrived. No email notification to explain it has even been dispatched, I emailed to request the status of my order and no response. Communication is very poor.”

Hi Dionne We have checked this issue out and can see that delivery attempts were made to the address you had given us although you were not in to receive your parcel. Your parcel then went to your local holding center and is now on it's way back to us as you had not picked it up within their holding time period. We will have your parcel re-sent to the address given when we receive it at our warehouse. Please also bare in mind that we have fewer staff due to COVID-19 safety precautions and are doing our best to get through emails in a timely matter. Kind Regards The Mauvais Team

“I haven’t even received my order yet, I’ve been waiting over a week for it. I’ve got tracking number for the items I’ve ordered but hasn’t been updated since last week, I keep checking everyday and still says the same thing. Spoken to one of your colleagues Aoife about my delivery and say she will get an update in 48 hours which was on Tuesday this week. I totally understand with the current pandemic that things can be slow but I’m ordering clothes from other different websites and still receiving my items but this order is taking to long then expected”
