“I really like your clothing, I’ve bought three pair of trousers one t shirt, the two trousers didn’t fit, the t shirt didn’t fit you’re I’ve asked for a exchange for t. Shirt and refund on trousers, it’s a very slow process two weeks have gone by still no replacement or refund it’s very poor !”

“The site and service were great but the pants we ordered were so narrow at the ankle my son needed help from the whole family to get them on and a size up would have been too big in the waist, hips, and thighs.”

“I recently purchased 4 items all same sizes but 2 out of the 4 items were made bigger than the other items. I recently emailed them and it took them a week to respond back to my first email they have yet to be o respond or resolve my issue and it’s been weeks. Definitely good quality but I’m afraid to purchase from mauvais again especially if I’m waiting weeks to resolve my issue.”

“Mauvais is not the store for me to buy anymore. Reason is the fact that, since Brexit, I have to pay an extra amount of import tax on top of the price of the Mauvais articles. This means that I now only buy online at EU-based shops.”

“Bro 😭😭 the clothing is loose on me. I'm a 31 for wast, I ordered a 32. There is a few finger gap between the pants and my waist. Same for the shirt. I love it though, but it's big on me.”
