“Terrible i never got my package or refund”

Hey Sincere, the item was appearing as delivered to the address you entered whilst making the order, you then contacted us asking to change this to another address which we were unable to do. We then had no contact from yourself until your chargeback you submitted through your bank, so no refund or package is due. Sorry about your inconvenience.

“Loved the style but the quality wasn't that great. The fabric was what I didn't expect for the price. The fabric was on the thin side which made it a bit transparent. Definitely would need to wear an undergarment.”

“I never got my purchase it seems DHL never delivered it and they couldn’t locate it as well. Is there a way you can follow up, resend or refund my money. Although I would rather have my packages resent”

Hey Christopher, this could be due to the product potentially being a slim fit (Check product descriptions to see) as if it's a slim fit we would recommend going a size up if you want it to fit more comfortably. You are also free to exchange the item for a different size or a refund :)
