“I signed up for 10%. Off my first order but when I placed my order it did not take off my discount, why was this?? Please explain this problem, very disappointed!! The 10% has new been credited to me also the mug that had been soiled and used with "tea stains" has been replaced. Thank you.”

“The website was easy to navigate. Very clear and no faffing when it came to checking out as a guest user (not too many boxes to tick ;) The price for shipping I thought was a bit steap considering that you say International Shipping is from £2.95.”

“I was looking to replace my existing household mugs and was delighted at the range and colour you had to offer. It seems everyone has something along similar lines but I thought your range was a cut above! My experience from that point onwards changed. I subscribed for an introductory 10% off but the code never came, and I had trouble with using paypal at the checkout and had to use card as the only way I could get the next screen to appear. In the end I got an end of year promo code which was great but that isn't the point I am making. My delight at my purchase helped me to overlook this. I would also have purchased more items but they have been out of stock for a while.”

“Saw the Diamonds series in local store in Croatia, way overpriced, ordered from M&W directly and saved over 100 GBP (expensive 36 GBP postage included!). The only downside is not accepting Maestro cards. Other than that - perfect. Can't wait to get my shipment delivered, hope to have it on Christmas dinner table.”
