"Customer assistance is not dead at M*CARBO. I needed some parts for my Ruger LCP, no dash # 3701. Unsure of exactly what I needed, Chris emailed me with suggestions. Wow, who does that? Then, Crystal emailed me that my changes to the original order were made. She sent me my receipt along with the additional items that were chosen, too. Then she made sure all the parts shipped at the same time as I asked. Then, another email with tracking and the correct shipping method I preferred. Oh, did I mention the build? GREAT. Accuracy improvement is very noticeable. And the parts needed no fine-tuning. BTW, the video on how to do the work is a lifesaver. I could go on and on about that vid. Great work. Thank you, thank you, thank you."

"I have a little pea shooter project that I have been working on but I couldn't locate a recoil spring that was suitable to my itchy fingers needs, However I came across M*CARBO and they had an upgrade for a Bangin price along with a pretty sweet (upgraded) trigger spring kit! "I bought an axis savage several years ago when I was getting into guns and I wanted to upgrade it. The trigger pull was between 6-7 lbs and now its around 2-3. The pull is extremely clean and extremely crisp. For 12 bucks I now have what feels like an expensive trigger. Amazing deal."

"Ordered 2 CZ 75 recoil springs. After 50 rounds, I disassembled the pistol to find the slide was stuck. Long story short, the spring was quite a bit too long, coil bound, and smashed the recoil spring guide through the frame (destroyed the guide). Had this gun had a metal guide rod, it likely would\u2019ve damaged the frame. I measured it fully compressed against 5 other springs from CZ, CGW, and Wolff. All the other springs (13-18lbs) were exactly the same length, with only one loop of spring visible outside the slide fully compressed. Theirs has 4 loops and is almost .100\u201d longer than the rest. They first said I installed it incorrectly. Then they said there\u2019s something wrong with my brand new 75 omega. They talked to me like I was a child and insulted my intelligence. After reading the reviews here, I probably won\u2019t even send the springs back, as it sounds like I won\u2019t be getting a refund anyway. Very very poor company to deal with. I said from the beginning I felt the spring was simply a qc issue, and they responded with insults."
