I bought an axis savage several years ago when I was getting into guns and I wanted to upgrade it. The trigger pull was between 6-7 lbs and now its around 2-3. The pull is extremely clean and extremely crisp. For 12 bucks I now have what feels like an expensive trigger. Amazing deal.

You would have to work hard coming up with cons about this company. They have high quality products at reasonable pricing. Customer service is available, kind, and knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier thus far and I'm just getting started. Brian A

The trigger spring kit from Mcarbo certainly helped my new Kimber Micro 9 a lot. The trigger pull was much too hard and the creep was terrible from the factory. I still might need to replace the trigger.

I got my hands on SUB-2K gen2 at my favorite gun shop. Spoke with the gunsmith for a bit and he referred me too MCARBO to upgrade it. Well long story short I got every upgrade that they make and this SUB-2K is now my favorite urban combat weapon. What a difference!! Keep up the excellent work MCARBO... I'm glad to be member of the brotherhood.

I heard about M*Carbo on the internet as I was looking for a solution to my problem. M*Carbo is owned and operated by a United States Military Veteran. I ordered all their products associated with my problem. After placing the order I received an acknowledgement from Customer Service Rep. Abby Marino. She had additional information for me and followed up several times there after to insure my purchase and the process proceeded smoothly. She and her team members are terrific representatives of M*Carbo and their products. Poor customer service has become the norm, but not at M*Carbo. Their products address a wide variety of my interests. I am certain I will be making future purchases confident in their products and in their great customer service. Wayne Torok

Ordered 2 CZ 75 recoil springs. After 50 rounds, I disassembled the pistol to find the slide was stuck. Long story short, the spring was quite a bit too long, coil bound, and smashed the recoil spring guide through the frame (destroyed the guide). Had this gun had a metal guide rod, it likely would’ve damaged the frame. I measured it fully compressed against 5 other springs from CZ, CGW, and Wolff. All the other springs (13-18lbs) were exactly the same length, with only one loop of spring visible outside the slide fully compressed. Theirs has 4 loops and is almost .100” longer than the rest. They first said I installed it incorrectly. Then they said there’s something wrong with my brand new 75 omega. They talked to me like I was a child and insulted my intelligence. After reading the reviews here, I probably won’t even send the springs back, as it sounds like I won’t be getting a refund anyway. Very very poor company to deal with. I said from the beginning I felt the spring was simply a qc issue, and they responded with insults.

Hello Everyone, I am not one to leave reviews (especially negative reviews) but feel this needs to be known. I recently ordered 7- CZ75 MCARBO Spring Kits for my TriStar Pistols. I ordered these because I was told if they did not fit I would be able to return them for a FULL REFUND (I have a chain of emails to prove it) That being said I kept one of the kits I had already installed (minus some parts of the kit that didn't fit) because I didn't want to go though the trouble of removing the MCARBO Spring kit I had installed which by the way made a very minimal almost unnoticeable difference vs. the 40-50% less trigger pull they claim. I returned the other 6 kits back to MCARBO for a FULL REFUND as I was told i would receive. I finally received a refund from MCARBO minus the return shipping cost which they failed to mention to me (not a big deal only $4.04) but worst of ALL they kept the Sales Tax which they say they do not refund ($17.44) which is Totally Illegal to do !!!!! I wonder how many MCARBO Customers have been ripped off their hard earned money by paying taxes on an item they returned ???? Is MCARBO paying the government this Sales Tax that they are NOT refunding their Customers ??? I highly doubt it !!!!! SOUNDS LIKE TAX FRAUD TO ME !!!!! I will be contacting the Feds to report them along with filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Stay away from MCARBO at ALL COSTS (Pun Intended) You have been warned !!!!!

I ordered from Mcarbo. Mcarbo sent a different, deficient product. Mcarbo offered the replacement they should have sent free if I paid the shipping, contrary to their policy of free shipping if they are wrong. Then When I called they said I took to long to accept their offer and I had to pay full price to fix their deficient product that I didn't order and never wanted. Mcarbo policy they don't follow: "Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault. If M*CARBO is at fault, we will gladly cover any return shipping costs and correct your order. In the end, the customer service manager refused to help my situation. Avoid Mcarbo. Look at Midwest Industries for alternatives.

For a company that's this large and makes the money they make , they do not help the customer. I'm an NRA instructor , Gunsmith, and in the Firearm business. I ordered a trigger kit and polishing kit and after 10 days and 3 calls no product. The shipment was created and the product shows still in clearwater. I asked for a replacement ... Pretty standard . When I asked for free overnight shipping since they dropped the ball not me I was told I had to pay $30 for that service. Spoke to a manager and the same thing. I was very rudely told "I don't work for the post office " twice.

Fast shipping, the fully built M-Series Keltec Sub-2000 is exactly what I ordered. But, there was zero response to multiple emails and FB messages to make some changes and additions. I will just order the parts I want, but it would be great if they could just respond to a message. Great customer service is way different than good customer service.

I ordered a Marlin 60 trigger spring kit and a 10/22 kit. When I got them, I got sick and wasn't able to do anything with them. I finally opened the box last week and noticed that my 10/22 kit was not in the box so I gave them a call explain the situation because some time had passed since I received the order and there was no questions asked. They just sent me what I was missing. Their delivery times absolutely amazing. I have ordered several products from them and they get here in a very very timely manner. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for my needs. Plus there how to videos are amazing and well informative

I sent my .40 M&P Shield in for a trigger spring replacement and internal polish! M*Carbo kept within their stated turnaround time. Their return shipping was on point. The pricing was fabulous! Took my gun to the range today and the difference was night and day! I was sooo happy and impressed! Thank you, M*Carbo!! I am going to be sending you more of my firearms in the near future!

Installed a spring kit in a sky cmp 2. No issues install was easy with the video. Minor issue with the roll pin for the trigger. Needed a smaller punch. Trigger pull is very comfortable. Quality components.

Bought some parts for a sub 2000.. Easy to order plenty of instruction Videos to help you install. They came quick in the mail and are well made. Some time and effort was put into These parts..And they followed up To see if I had any issues.. I would highly recommend ..
