Terrible customer service. Product they sold me was out of spec. Put the product in and it would not release. They didn't believe that their product was the problem had to ship my firearm to them. They made me pay shipping you them then sent me a return label. Offered 10% off next purchase. I can not state enough service was terrible and I am out a part that they had to break to get their out of spec part out of my firearm. Contacted support multiple times and while friendly just not helpful at all. Requested multiple pictures of the problem then said it was me. Once they confirmed their item was out of spec all I got was an apology. No real resolution. Again out an OEM part as well.

I have an Ruger LCP II .22lr I was having trouble with. Failure to fire, failure to feed, failure to extract. Sent it back to Ruger and upon return 3-4 springs had been replaced. Worked fine for awhile then started problems all over again. Then Firing pin broke. Ruger sent me a new firing pin. At the same time I ordered an MCARBO recoil spring. Replaced the firing pin and installed the MCARBO spring which is approximately quarter inch longer than original.Took it out to the range and fired 280 rds. 80 rds. 36 gr. CCI MiniMag, 100 rds. 40 gr. Mini & Mag., & 100 rds. 36 gr. Remington Vipers truncated cone. Zero malfunctions for 280 rds. Yes the new firing pin helped. However I attribute the zero malfunctions to the MCARBO recoil spring.

Recently replaced the trigger shoe on my Ruger Max9 the factory trigger was fine as far as the pull weight but the side slop was enough to bind sometimes when shooting at a fast rate. MCARBO trigger took care of all that easily and at a very reasonable price , very satisfied with the service and product.

Ordered a trigger kit and one part was missing (they gave me double of another part). Honest mistake, but going on one month and they haven’t made it right. No one answers phone calls or returns messages. No one responds to numerous emails on their help desk account. The company is probably two overwhelmed people working out of their garage. $160 down the tube. Don’t waste your money or your time with this company. Order from Timney Triggers and thank me later.

Just installed MCARBO’S titanium striker assembly into my P365 - easy as pie - just followed their video. MIM parts are likely fine, but a solid titanium part gives me peace of mind and the 5.5 lb trigger pull is now 4.7 lbs! Still adequate for carry. Shipping was prompt!

Received a new trigger spring for my CZ452, and it reduced my pull to 1.28 from the 2 plus it was originally. Great product, fast shipment and working great. Thanks MCarbo

Right from the start at selecting the product you want,(mine is the spring kit for the Beretta 92), the ease of shopping the website is awesome. This is my second kit as I just purchased the M9 in.22. I was so impressed by the kit for my 92FS that it was a must purchase. The video tutorials are beyond impressive. Great job mcarbo. Life long buyer here.

I installed a trigger spring kit in a Sccy cpx-4 and have been getting light primer strikes ever since. The minimum light strike rate is 2 out of 10. When I retry them they fire just fine in my Ruger or my Glock. I will have to reinstall the original springs or trash the gun. I will not trade or sell it. It certainly can't be relied on to protect your life. I haven't contacted them but I pretty much know what would come of that - I did it wrong. I am not a gunsmith but have been shooting and working on firearms all my life and I am 80 years old now. I find that at this age people are more than happy to tell you how dumb you are.

Best place ever to complete an FFL transfer. Very professional. I have purchased several different upgrade kits from MCARBO in the past all were high quality, worked as intended, and easy to install. The how-to videos on each item are very detailed and well produced. Customer service has always been helpful, even offering to send a replacement part for one that I damaged due to my own error.

Installed spring kit in Savage Axis. Removed existing spring, used a # 25 drill to clear the epoxy(?) seal and cleaned the hole with a #10-24 tap and then installed the kit as per video instruction. The 2.5 lb trigger pulled at 2 lb 6 oz 1st pull and then dropped to 1 lb 11oz to 1 lb 15 oz on subsequent pulls. Trigger is crisp quick take-up and short overtravel. The trigger passed slam and bump test so I felt it is safe. My friend who owns the gun and is an experienced shooter was very happy with result.

I placed an order with these guys and when it showed as delivered it was not my mailbox. I sent them a message explaining the situation and they immediately responded which I appreciated but they told me I needed to file a claim with the Post Office which I think was a bit odd. I don't understand the customer service tactic of putting it on the customer. Nonetheless I attempted to do so And couldn't because the package wasn't insured by them so the Post Office stated that it could not be submitted for a loss claim. Instead I filed for a missing mail piece search and send it to them asking if it would suffice. Since then I've sent multiple follow ups and they've never responded. First of all it's not acceptable to put the onus on the customer to do the research because a package wasn't delivered and secondly ignoring then asking for clarification is even worse. This is my 1st time dealing with this company and it will be my last. They've gotta be stupid if they don't think I won't get my money back through a credit card dispute. Because of their garbage customer service I'll leave my review across every platform on the Internet.

Ordered a triger spring kit for a SWsd9ve. It came as promised and was able to easily track it. As a relatively new gun owner the installation went pretty well. Had some trouble with the last step but a 2nd review of the inst. video helped. Very happy with the results

I’m so impressed with just how amazing this savage axis II pro trigger kit worked! Equally as impressive is the video that explained every step of the process. Will definitely be recommending this first class outfit

Purchased the Titanium Performance Striker Assembly for my Springfield Hellcat Pro. The installation videos were super easy to follow along - anyone can do this. The results - WOW. I was hoping for a big improvement but wasn't expecting much....was I wrong. My trigger pull is so smooth and the pull weight is much less than it was. I love this upgrade. Worth the money! The delivery of the kit was timely...no issues. You will not regret this purchase.
