zondag een bestelling gedaan bij mediamarkt, er stond bij "in voorraad" en "levering binnen 1-3 dagen". ONMIDDELLIJK BETAALD. Dinsdag nog steeds geen bevestigingsmail. Ik stuur dinsdagmorgen een email naar hun klantendienst (# 220308-001317). Ik krijg dinsdagavond nog steeds geen antwoord. Ik bel dan in bij hun klantendienst, daar wuiven ze me onmiddellijk af dat ik maar moet w88 op de reactie van de email. GEEN info over mijn bestelling, "weten ze niet" volgens hen. Vandaag bel ik opnieuw in. Dan zeggen ze ineens dat het in backorder is. Ik vraag mn geld terug maar daar moet ik dan volgens hen op gaan wachten. Daarom deze klacht. Geld aannemen voor producten die er niet zijn en dan het geld zo lang mogelijk inhouden. Charlatans en dieven zijn het. Hun service is SCHANDALIG, ze reageren pas wanneer ze zien dat je klachten neerlegt!

Απερίγραπτα απαράδεκτοι - PS5 παραγγελία Απλά άλλος ένας λόγος για να μην προτιμήσουμε ποτέ ξανά αυτό το κατάστημα είτε για διιαδικτυακές είτε για δια ζώσης αγορές. Έχει γίνει παραγγελία διαδικτυακά από 22.12.2021 για PS5 που ανέφερε ξεκάθαρα στην ιστιοσελίδα ότι ήταν άμεσα διαθέσιμο για παράδοση εντός 4-6 ημέρων. Μετά από 15 ημέρες ακόμα δεν υπάρχει καμία ενημέρωση κι η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών αναφέρει απλά ότι αναμένουν ενημέρωση απο τον προμηθευτή. Έχοντας πληρώσει κι περιμένοντας χωρίς λόγο λαμβάνοντας την κοροιδία και εκμετάλευση απο μέρος του συγκριμένου καταστήματος.

The worst client and installation service ever! I reported that my air-condition is not working on June 9th. More than 2 months, numerous calls and emails, nobody has come to fix it. Apart from an LG representative that charged me 80 dollars to do nothing, because as I said MediaMaqrkt, it was an installation problem.... This is Incidente: 200629-013081 and I am still waiting....

I am waiting for over 1.5 month for a refund, which I have not yet received. They never called me or replied to my e-mails. I have called over 13 times to their call centre which only says "we sent an e-mail to the responsible department". MediaMarkt steals you money. Stay away from them and choose their competitors !!!!

Sorry to give this awful servis a star. Don't buy anything online from this brand. I wanted to change my delivery date because I wasn't move there yet. But they didn't care my request and send them anyway. Then they wrote me an email and said 'I would like to ask you to order again.' It's very surprising that they trust I'll order anything from them again. So angry and frustrated...

Shockingly dreadful experience On 4th September we purchased an LG 43UN700 IPS monitor from Media Mrkt Spain online and collected it on Monday 7th from their Valencia shop in Calle Colon we paid €536. We were very busy having just moved house so actually didn’t open it to set it up until Saturday 12th. We already own one of these at our home in the UK so we were familiar with the process and its specification. On sliding it out of the box and removing the sleeve we could see the screen was cracked very badly all down the left side. We immediately raised a return request and received confirmation of collection from our home dated 14th September, unfortunately this never happened they just didnt turn up so we then took it back to one of their outlets as the return online form stated. They immediately accused us of breaking the monitor. According to them there is no way it could have been broken in the box so it must have been us. This was absolutely not the case. It was definitely like that in the box and definitely not broken by us due to mishandling. They have refused point blank to deal with us any further. They were so rude and aggressive it was unbelievable. We took it to another store but they were just as rude and aggressive just walking away from us and dealing with other customers. It would take too long to detail the rudeness of the staff and the way they accused us of breaking the monitor without evidence ... it wasnt even unpackaged and still had the wrapping on it but according to them nothing can ever be broken when it is collected.

Purchased a new fridge which failed after 3 months, have visited the store on 5 occasions to try and resolve this issue without any success. Will try once again but based on my experience to date don't hold out much hope. By far the worst customer service I have ever found. If you buy from Media Mart then hope you don,t require customer service it does not exist unless your a Spanish national.
