“I was originally 9th in line to speak to a customer service representative but Sadie answered when I was still 3rd in line. I was able to get the information I needed quickly and she was very kind”

“Sadie was so helpful today, assisting me in setting up a follow up appointment. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Money is tight this month, and Sadie was kind to offer a promo code to help offset the cost. Medicaid has been incredible to work with. I have been using this service for over a year, with no complaints. My provider is fantastic. Thank you for the amazing job you do!!!”

“With medicine shortages everywhere and not having insurance, I am always in need of some kind of assistance. Sadie is always there and always so quick.
