“Memorial Urns’ has a great selection of high quality keepsakes that are very well priced. When my Father passed 6 years ago we ordered an urn for him with some jewelry and smaller urns for family. At the price point we paid I was afraid that when we passed them out to loved ones it would show, my Mother was coping with Breast Cancer and the money was really tight. A tear still drops when I think of how the family loved each and every piece. Last week my Mother passed from OCPD, she made it through the cancer but the rest of her body took a beating. We went back to Memorial Urns and again they did not fail to impress. We ordered a double urn for the two of them and some more jewelry and keepsake urns. The next day looking at the email receipt we realized that my Father’s DOD was wrong ( it was us not them, a typeo on our part ) we called and even though they thought that it was too late they were able to fix our mistake and still got the urn shipped on time. Thank you Memorial Urns, you have made a big difference in a lot of lives.”
