When I ran across your website i thought this is perfect but, I was looking to receive the dark wood that saw on the website. I received the light color not knowing that I had a choice of colors. “The urn is quite nice and very pretty. The only minor flaw is that I had ordered gold engraved lettering, and although there are traces of the gold color, they are not pronounced enough, and at a distance seem white. Other than that, I am quite satisfied.”

“My girlfriend recently had to put down her 14 year old Dachshund. He held a special place in her heart. She mentioned to me that she needed a place for his ashes that could be displayed. I searched the internet and found a Memorial Urn with a Dachshund statue and ordered it for her. It came very quickly and she was very pleased.”

“The urn is very attractive and solid. The natural distressed look of this particular stone includes 'cracks', as shown in the sample picture on the website, which my boyfriend said makes it look like it's about to break. I don't agree, but the 'crack' IS actually an impression in the stone, not just a dark mark across it. It is more visible or less visible depending on which way you face it, but this will vary with the individual urn I imagine. Also, the screw-in closure on the bottom of the urn is very difficult to re-install once removed. As this will hopefully only be a one-time function, I'm not too concerned as long as I will be able to get it fit snuggly that one time. Delivery was VERY prompt, and the urn comes in an attractive custom-fit purple velvet box with latches. That was a nice bonus in the event it needs to be stored.”

“I ordered the Eden Garden urn vault with 2 day shipping to arrive way in advance of the memorial gathering. The urn vault was beautifully made but it arrived cracked. Jaime from customer service prepared for another one to be sent to me with 2 day shipping but was sent on ground. So she arranged for another one to be sent again via overnight delivery. So finally I received the urn vault in two piece (top and bottom) on the morning of the memorial. One would think why pay for 2 day shipping when the actual urn vault will arrive on the morning of the memorial. It appeared that I paid more for shipping to allow time for them to correct their mistakes. So apart from this shipping fiasco, the urn vault was as well-crafted as expected and customer service was great. But the most important thing, the memorial gathering was beautiful and truly memoriable.”

“I thought the urn was very nice and the lettering on the urn very pretty. I became very disappointed when I took the urn to the crematorium to have the ashes placed in the urn . When turned upside down and moved around the urn was marred on the top. I thought the urn was of harder and of stronger material.”

“It was beautiful, very substantial, the engraving was amazing, but before it could be put into the ground, the military seal (which had been glued poorly) was loose and half was coming off. I suggested they either use better glue or have someone more experienced attach such special seals. All are special to anyone willing to spend the money for an amazing memorial to a loved one. Think twice when you choose photos or seals, as it is discouraging to reach the burial knowing this is happening.”
