“This stainless urn looks very nice on the outside. Poor closure with only four small weak screw attachment points at the corners. Does not seal at all. I used some silicone around the edges to try to seal it.”

Thank you for your review. I would like to confirm that 99% of all urns are not designed to hold loose cremains. Cremains must always be kept in the plastic bag received from the crematory or funeral home then placed in the urn. The Stainless steel urn is a very popular urn and is sold by Memorial Urns and funeral homes throughout the United States.

“The urn is beautiful a little bigger than I thought but very nice. However I didnt like that the shipper requested a signature upon delivery. I work as most people do, and had to go out of my way to pick the item at a pick up station.”

“One of the screws was screwed in crooked so it was hard to open. And for the money I spent your could have included the tool that opens it. My address in my order is 9 Abbey dr and you mail it to 3 Abbey dr which is a vacant home on my street so I didn’t get it till today and that’s because the real estate agent found the pkg. and looked up my address. Not good and disappointed for the money I spent.”

“This was our 2nd figurine urn. The one we purchased 6 yrs. ago had a much larger figurine. We were shocked at how much smaller this one was. The wood color guide on the website seems to have the oak and maple reversed. We did not want the lightest wood which was labeled maple, so we ordered oak. It is very light (which I would expect oak to be), but I went by the picture provided. Overall, it is still a beautiful way to keep our baby’s ashes and keepsakes, but I must admit to some disappointment.”

“The quality of the urn with the dachshund figurine on top was excellent and overall it has a nice appearance. However, it's much bigger than I expected. Our dog weighed 12 pounds and this urn is twice the necessary size. It's the smallest size available by them for this style which is disappointing.”

“Once the order was placed I didn't receive any information about it's shipping date of ETA. When i inquired days later I was informed that the supplier was out of stock and the office was closed for the day. I was assured that the order would be shipped out within a day, and it was. Sure glad I didn't need it ASAP.”

“The urn we selected was beautiful! We did, however, have a problem with name accuracy on the medallion. Fortunately this problem was resolved quickly and timely to our need.”

“The urn itself was beautiful, but the storage box was damaged in transit. It is the right size box to use if needed to transport the urn but my top is crushed. The necklaces I bought were nice but the script inscriptions are awful. The block text came out better. Disappointing.”
