“I am so impressed with Cindy and the staff at Memorial-Urns. My wife died 3/18/20 and I ordered an urn from a competitor shortly thereafter. It came and was a mess so I had to return it. Then I found Memorial -Urns. Cindy was wonderful to work with and so compassionate. I ordered a wooden companion urn with a front photo slot so the order probably couldn't be much more complicated to start with but the process went great and when I had a concern Cindy did whatever necessary to handle it including calling the woodworking company. I received the finished Urn yesterday and it is exactly what I hoped it would be and the quality was a 12 on a 1-10 scale. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality urn at a fair price with a straight forward ordering process and a staff who will go the extra mile to make you happy.”
