“I'm really happy about this order. Here're some aspects they did really good. 1. Very efficient. It took about 5 business day for me to get the urn since I ordered it. I asked for normal shipping so there was no extra fee. 2.Good custom service. The lady is very gentle and patient. Because my grandpa is Chinese and we'd like to engrave some Chinese characters on the urn, I asked a lot of questions to her. For some questions she's not sure, she called back to us really fast and explained very clearly what I need to do. 3. Good engraving. Very beautiful design and all of my family members like it. 4. Reasonable pricing. Compare to the price in the cemetery we went, it is much cheaper. The urn is about 150 bucks lower. It took only $85 to engrave everything on the urn, (the cemetery I went quoted me more than $500.) It's just amazing. I definitely will buy it again next time my loved one pass. And, Thank you!!”

“Many choices of Urns to pick from. I had purchased a niche for my wife and my ashes and the urn had to be less then 11x11x11. I went on line and found that Memorial Urns had great choices in double urns of different sizes and choices of colors and could be engraved. I ordered my choice and received an email from them as to correct spelling of the engraving because once the engraving is done it cannot be returned. I received the urn in a timely manner and it was well packaged and it was Perfect. Thank You Memorial Urns for a fine product Paul Yeager”

“I had researched urns for awhile and found nothing getting my attention. Looking for one large enough to hold two peoples ashes I came across the "companion" picture. After returning a few times to think about it I put in my request. My husband and I both appreciated beautiful wood and both also drawn to books we often re-read.The "book" companion urn just seems to "fit" for us. His ashes have been transfered to the urn and mine will be whenever that time comes and that makes me happy to have made this choice. Thank you”

“We lost our 36 yr old only daughter on April 14th with a ruptured thoracic aorta aneurysm. She was 8 months pregnant. The physicians managed to save the baby, but losing our only daughter so unexpectedly devastated our family. She lived in south LA & we live in MD, & we had her cremated so we could bring her home, but were unable to decide on an urn that quickly. My husband & I went through several sites & kept coming back to the urn that we purchased, & it is both beautiful, decorative & unique. Our baby would approve & it makes us feel better when we look at it. Thank you!”

“We ordered a 3D Cross on Cultured Granite Cremation Urn. The ordering process on line was easy. Memorial Urns contacted me the next day with a template of the inscription we had requested. We received a tracking number and the urn arrived in a timely manner with the correct inscription. I called with a question and the representative was very helpful. I would use them again.”

“What a wonderful place ! I lost my little princess of 14 years a Bichon Frise and Memorial Urns was so caring and understanding they emailed and called me just to make sure everything I ordered was correct and when they needed to make any changes they called first and gave me several options. “Really fast response to a question I had regarding the color of the urn I picked out. Pricing (including shipping) was lower than many other places, shipping was fast (even with a holiday) and the urn was very carefully packaged.
