“This was a very sad time for our family, to lose someone so dear to us. I wanted something very special for my friend who is a Marine. I found it at Memorial Urns. The workmanship is far beyond what I expected. The Marine Emblem was truly outstanding and the verse was so heartwarming. Your company made this terrible event so easy to tolerate. The "Box" for his ashes is now displayed proudly with his flag in his man cave where he enjoyed many moments of happiness with his family. “The urn I ordered after my husband's sudden passing, is exactly what I was looking for - it is beautiful, well-made and, in my opinion, "stately-looking". It is comforting that I found such a beautiful vessel in which to keep my beloved husband's ashes. I wholeheartedly recommend Memorial Urns. My urn was delivered quickly and it was packaged so lovingly and also came with a sturdy plastic bag & tie, in case you choose not to put your loved one's ashes directly into your urn, and with a velvet bag in which to keep the urn safe, if you've got to move it to another location.”

“I am very pleased with the memorial urn that I recently ordered, but I do have a strong recommendation that might well help someone avoid damaging the urn when they first receive it. Please seriously consider including information / instructions as to how to remove the bottom of the urn. When it is sitting upside down and you have removed the screws, I am willing to bet that I am not the only one who assumed that the shallow bottom plate is what was supposed to come off to give you access to the space inside. I am grateful that I contacted the company before I actually did damage to the wood. The wider base plate separated easily. But for me it was in no way an intuitive move. The overall quality is high. I love that the butterfly and flowers stand out from the side of the urn. It is beautiful. But I really would have appreciated having directions as to how to open it, other than to remove the screws.”
