“The only place I can get number 14 shoes. It is great quality at a really affordable price. I have been buying my shoes at Men's Shoe Centre for years. My last pair lasted 4 years of moderate use so it is money well spent.”

“Had previously ordered with good authentic packaging. The pair of CAT shoes now are, albeit received promptly, highly suspect. In fact it is perfect used product product. What everybody usually warns one of online shopping. The packaging is definitely not from CAT, I’ll make sure that Caterpillar gets sight of the packaging, a plain card box hand taped closed. No CAT papers or pamphlets inside. No inside wrapping, something one usually expects from a Brand such as CAT. So the question remains, was this used, is this how CAT package their shoes, I doubt it very much!”

Mr Greyling We do apologise for the issue with the packaging. A brief history with our online packaging - for the past 8-9 years we have only sent off our shoes with the unmarked brown boxes due to security measures, specified box size with courier as well as returns being allowed, we retained the original boxes for the stores . As of this year we have decided to send off the original boxes with the orders, however the stock is located at various stores & we have different sales people sending off the orders. This is the reason you did not receive the original CAT box. However we have informed the stores to ensure that the original packing be sent off for each order. In answer to your question the error was at the store level when packing your order, we can confirm every item received from Men's Shoe Centre is genuine in all Brands.

“Efficient, fast service. The staff are helpful and extremely efficient. I made a last minute change to my order after I had placed and paid for it. Carolina was so helpful and accommodating to help me change my order. And the most spectacular part is that it did not delay my order what so ever. I placed my order Monday afternoon and Wednesday it was delivered to my home.”
