“I have ordered a product from your website and selected "relaxed fit" as we could not buy such an item at our local shoe store. When the delivery was received (within a day!) it was "classic fit"??? The product was collected yesterday and your employee, Carolina Naidoo, suggest another style. She confirmed that is in fact "relaxed fit" although your website display it as "classic fit"??? I have paid the extra money yesterday and now await delivery and whether this product is in fact "relaxed fit" still needs to be proved!! The short and the long is - it would seems everything is running smoothly apart from you website - please attend!!!!!”

“Incredible service as always. I was unsure which size shoe to order and sent a query to info - Carolina responded same day with options and suggestions. Two pairs of shoes were delivered the next day, I requested a return for one pair the following day, and it was picked up the very same day. All in all a 4 day turnaround form ordering online, to the refund being processed - absolutely unheard of. I could not be happier with the level of service from both Mens Shoe Centre and Megamen. They make finding bigger size shoes and clothing a breeze!!”
