“Excellent service. one query though, the price in store in Liberty Mall was R999 but they had no size. Why was the price so much more online? Nevertheless I still bought it because it was a nice shoe.”

“Good Day, Everything from the variety of shoes, to placing the order, to the order being sent was smooth, unfortunately I have not received my parcel yet, RAM failed to deliver the 30th as they ran late and failed to advise me, I followed up with RAM today the 31st and received an SMS this morning to say it is out on delivery as at 3PM not received, however this does not taint my view of Men's Shoe Centre I always refer people to your website your service is excellent :)”

“In January 2020 I ordered a pair of Faith "Surfer Joe" thongs from Men's Shoe Centre using their online ordering system. These high-quality Australian-made beach thongs are not easily available, so it was a pleasure to find that I could get them on mail order. The Men's Shoe Centre inventory system was clear and easy to use, as was the payment system. I was able to find exactly what i wanted, in the size and colour I needed, and a couple of days after I had placed my order the thongs arrived at my door. I have no hesitation at all in giving Men's Shoe Store a 5-out-of-five rating for the service they give and will definitely use them again.”

“Delivery came the day after I ordered. The shoes were in great condition, and the purchase process was very easy overall. I also have fairly big feet, and Men's Shoe Centre is the only place I've been able to reliably find shoes that fit me. The best online shoe store for men, if your ask me!”

“Happy with shoes, very angry at the fact that what I ordered (available on website) then wasn't available and it was going back and forth for a week with a less than enthusiastic consultant and ended up having to just take the one product off the order. I still haven't received proof of refund for the one.”

Hi Sir Trust you are well. With regards to your order, originally there was a system error which reflected the size 15 online - however there was no stock.I did inform you that there was a December order we were awaiting, however when stock arrived the size 14's and 15's were not in that batch as they were still in production - as per supplier( we were only informed of this on the day stock arrived). Proof of refund was emailed to you on 16 Jan 2020 @ 9.07am - please check your mails, If not received I can forward this to you. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Thanks.
