For some reason I didn't receive a shipping notification which got me worried. But thanks to the super dedicated and great communication with their support team. Very happy with the professionalism and resolution. Would definitely use merchbar again! Thank your very much.

First they won't let me cancel at the second day saying that they already shipped (i had 14 days, shipped or not), but they shipped four days after my request. Then the tracking is awful, the reliable ones say the label is still to be made, and "their" tracking site only shows a packaged bouncing around and never saying where, and has passed weeks since the last update. Of course, they are refusing refund, always showing me that ghost bouncing and saying that they will refund after 30 working days, that have already passed and when i say it they will ignore and show me again the site (that proves what i say...).

The response from both representatives I worked with was fast to help out. My package got lost and they replaced it.

Wow, I'm surprised to see the reviews here. To be fair, I did have to wait a while for my vinyls, longer than I expected, but they were backordered items. In the meantime, the customer service people I emailed with were super friendly and the response time was really fast, like sub one hour. When my vinyls finally arrived, they were in perfect condition and I am very happy with the price. I would purchase again, selection and price unbeatable.

0 Stars honestly. Found a record on their site labelled as back-ordered. When it never shipped, I looked around to see if i could find somewhere else that had it in stock. Turns out this vinyl has never existed, and is not planned for any pressing or pre-order. Seems like this company just takes your money and hopes you forget you ordered something long enough that they can claim they no longer have a record of your order and can't give a refund.

Terrible company with the WORST shipping. Look elsewhere for your vinyl needs. They use the cheapest form of shipping...the package bounces around from facility to facility before ever reaching its destination. The order was processed in a couple of days which is the good. The bad...it's taken over two weeks and it still hasn't landed when the package only had to go from Oregon to California. It's bounced from facility to facility in my backyard basically but still not delivered. Customer service is a joke and a bunch of canned responses. Wish I would have read these reviews before placing an order. STAY AWAY!!! Much better places to buy vinyl with quicker shipping and actual customer service.

I have yet to receive my order for 3 cds,it's been over two months now,and money has been taken out of my bank account...this is very poor,dishonest and if you don't send the goods I have paid for or refund my money,its stealing....you should be downright ashamed of yourselves for treating people like this.. When a customer buys something you be honest enough to send the item they paid for, or refund their money if the items no longer in stock..

I placed an order on 6/25/22 for an item on back order that said it would take up to 8 weeks. After 3 months, I contacted support to check the status. Support said they had no information. I exchanged a couple messages and got nowhere. This was the final reply: “Our apologies, the item is still on backorder and we don't have further information about the ship date. We can't also contact the merchandise provider as we only have the same information.” After 6 months, I contacted support to check the status. Support said my order was cancelled. Though they never refunded my money. They said the item was on back order and would take up to 8 weeks. They asked if they should reorder the item for me or process a refund. I asked for a supervisor and asked him to check with the supplier. Same answer. I still wanted the item, but was told they couldn’t reorder it for me. I received a refund and a $5 off code. Then I could reorder it. I exchanged several messages with support and supervisor about this item being on perpetual back order for 6 months and how they could keep my money for 6 months and cancel my order without alerting me. Supervisor told me: “For your information, we do not monitor the status of an order once it is placed. We are only notified of the problem once the customer or supplier has contacted us about it.” It's been over a week since I contacted support and on their Website, the item is still on back order for up to 8 weeks. I expect that if I check back in 8 weeks the item will still be back ordered for 8 weeks. So I’m taking my business elsewhere. How does a company do business like this???

Cancellation is Not Allowed Placed an order at 7:48 Sunday morning (12/11/22). Immediately sent in a cancellation when I realized what I ordered was the lesser version of what my husband wanted (single lp vs 4 lp set). Immediately canceled and received the automated reply at 7:50. Two minutes! Got an actual human reply at 9:07 that they would ‘try’ to cancel the order. They didn’t try anything at all - the order was not shipped until about 2 am on 12/13. Now they say it is not returnable because it is vinyl. This company is only after your money, and hopefully they won’t stay in business long pulling these scams.

I ordered two albums as a gift, different from each other, and they sent two of the same. When I contacted them to discuss recourse they said it was my system. The only offer to remedy was I ask the person who received the gift to mail them back on their dime. Not worth the risk or hassle, there are better options to shop than Merchbar.

Honestly, not the worst. I got a Julien Baker vinyl and got it before one I ordered two days earlier from an actual label. They even were incredible with canceling an order I had placed accidentally while checking the validity of a promo code I had. What a lot of these reviewers that are giving them a bad review fail to understand is that they buy from the labels and resell. If the labels’s disturbers run out, that puts your order in back order. Granted, the ones that didn’t receive their stuff at all and not receiving a refund baffle me. My accidental purchase happened a little over a week ago (I’m writing this in the 15th of November) and they took care of it with the label within 24 hours.

They're racist, transphobic, and homophobic. If you order from a queer artist, they will keep your order on "back order" for half of a year, and if you complain too much or ask questions, they will cancel your order, even if you say not to. I will never buy from them again.

I ordered a vinyl record on merch bar it is now been 16 days since I paid for the order the record was marked in stock ended up shipping from great Britain still have no tracking number order status is processing merch bar has always reacted slowly to all of my orders.

I just ordered 5 vinyls within the past few days. Im reading these and all I can think is how impatient some of you are. I can understand the ones who waited for months, but the people who are complaining about having to wait two weeks. Get over it. I ordered a custom item off Etsy back in December, and then in June the person cancelled on me after about seven months. So all of you guys need to calm down because I can tell some of you haven't had it that bad. Anyway we’ll have to see if my records end up coming. By that time ill probably have forgotten that I wrote all of this, but it will be here on the web for eternity.

I ordered a tee shirt on May 18...the latest shipping info that I have says it will be here on June 17th...a month to get a tee shirt? Unacceptable for an organization that spends as much time as Merchbar does with the bombardment of emails to sell their product. If they can't deliver then they need to cut back on the ads. If they want to be in this for the long haul then they need some serious revamping...my guess is we won't know who Merchbar even is in a year or so from now. Can't wait to get this high quality tee that has taken a month to get to me. :)

0 stars honestly :/ I ordered a tyler the creator cd. Everything was fine but when I went to track my order it said that it was canceled when I absolutely did not cancel it. All I wanted was to track it and fix the faulty cancellation message. (Wasnt able to track my order but was confused on why it said it was canceled if they never returned my money) I emailed merchbar and everything and explained my situation. Then they went ahead and actually canceled my order and return my money which was the exact opposite I wanted.

All I can attest to is my experience with Merchbar. This is how my respect went from high to non-existent. My intention isn't to rip them a new one. As much as I'd like to, I'm simply sharing my story so others can make their own decision. All my experiences up until recently have been fantastic with Merchbar. Until now. I received a late birthday gift, which was the same shirt I ordered on Merchbar less than a day prior. I reached out to cancel my order asap. They refused to cancel my order saying its already being processed. Every email I reply I received in the same email thread had a different customer service representative name. Weird. It's like I was being handed off as if I were a two dollar hooker. And I was being courteous & respectful the whole time. Finally, when I received an email that my shirt was on its way, I attempted to start a return. The online form was simple enough. But then I receive an email stating that I must wait 'til the package is received before I can begin the return process. Fine. I wait. Upon receiving the package, I keep it sealed and start the return process all over. I was shocked to discover they wanted me to send the package to a location it didn't even ship from. So, that ruled out rejecting the package or forwarding it in any way. AND I was required to pay for shipping. Up front. With no reimbursement option. Fine. I played by their rules. Next I'm required to fill out another form requiring the tracking number and an uploaded copy of my post office receipt with said tracking number. Seemed kind of redundant. Following this bizarre refund request form, I receive an email that made it sound like I would have to track my own package and let them know when its received. Shouldn't this be their job? Luckily this wasn't the case. I finally received my refund minus the cost of shipping on my end. I was simply out money. On a "simple" return. This whole process took close to a month. I currently have a Mars Volta vinyl album I pre-ordered from Merchbar well over a month ago, which is still in limbo. I have received nothing. No album. No email notification. But they took my money. So, if they make this right, I MIGHT re-evaluate my shopping experience. But something tells me I'm SOL. In my opinion, this online store is a scam site, or it is run by someone who needs to retake college courses in business ethics. Either way. This circus fiasco complete with clowns royally trashed my trust and respect for Merchbar. For those still interested in making a Merchbar purchase after reading my review. Definitely do. Just as long as you don't plan on making a return. And you don't mind waiting on a delivery day that may never come. Good luck.

Please don’t order from these people, you are at the risk of getting scammed. I ordered a fanbox back in February and it was “processing” for months. Eventually the tracking number didn’t work and there was some sort of error when I tried. Not to mention their overpriced shipping fees. I got refund from the help of going to my bank. They take your money then don’t ship your parcel, complete scam. Once again, DON’T order form Merchbar.
