“Ordered a box online with promise of 2-3 days delivery. 1 week later and still no box? phone line constantly engaged when trying to contact. no courier details on the email despatch confirmation. if ever receive the product wont use them again.”

“Easy to order, best price I could find. Delivery was rapid and the item was well packaged. All I would add is that it would be good if the box came with the three studs that keep it in place. The additional cost would only be a few pence. I put mine up with three bolts which look ok, but not quite the same as the studs.”

“I ordered two replacement latches, and only one arrived. I queried this and a second one was sent, so obviously an oversight in packing. The video was quite helpful - but would be even more useful if the door in the demo was on a cabinet (i.e. vertical - no table to push against!). Also, "suitable for the majority of gas and electric meter box doors" could usefully be expanded to say "with some door designs the guide tab on the latch may need to be made smaller, or removed altogether". It would also be useful to be told the "through the door" length, because if the door design uses a slightly longer dimension, this latch will not lock in place.”

“Replacement gas and electricity meter box covers required, both in stock and delivered when said it would be delivered. Used MBD a few times now and would highly recommend the company.”

“I received two doors but each door had a hairline crack in the corner of the outer frame it seems possibly delivery damage may have been dropped in transit they were quite loose in the box not much padding around them otherwise they are well made and finished. Just needed careful handling to get them fitted and glued on the wall because of the crack.”

“I couldn’t believe how fast my order was shipped out. My item was packaged well with lots of protective foam to protect the meter box I ordered. They MBD were considerably cheaper than other similar companies for the exact product. I can recommend this company.”
