“The package arrived damaged with the box essentially open, allowing the package containing the fixings etc to fall out. Given the weight of the item the cardboard packaging appeared to be inadequate, a heavier duty box might have prevented damage in transit by the courier. The problem was speedily resolved and replacement fixings are on their way.”

“Delivered promptly and Customer Service has been prompt to reply to me. However, National Power Networks are refusing to connect into the box because they say that the depth dimension is too small and should be a minimum of 210mm. As a consequence I am now facing cancellation fees and considerable expense. Very frustrating given that I ordered a standard 3-phase meter box”

“Good prices, and a good product as far as a fibreglass box goes. Packaging could be better. Couriers obviously don't like large boxes as the 1st one I ordered a few years back was dropped and broken, quickly and easily replaced by MBD. This most recent order again dropped on the corner and was later inspected after fitting and a few chips were discovered, but thankfully not detrimental to the aesthetics or function. Overall a good company to deal with”

“Good to have a manufacturer making replacement meter doors. That's said, doors didn't fit that well and required some adjustments, the finish was rough in areas , with some bits needing filing down. Would probably look alright if sanded down, primed and painted.”
