“since opening my account i have never experienced problems with this untill recently over the last couple of weeks i have played quite a lot of games then for 2 days i was repeatly winning an banked £320 i was reversing my winning to keep playing now down to £0 after being told by admin that people pay a lot to play an max tickets which i dont think thats fair we all pay a lot to play .i have noticed over a few days i have seen repeated winners the next day they are complaining on chat they cant win which happened to myself ie the winners are computer generated . This is noticed by other players i have been banned of chat because yesterday i played from early morning untill early hours today some games maxed an played in all rooms each time every single ticket i had ended up 3 tg again being told by admins be positive .once i was out of credit i commented i wasnt nasty and told admin how can i be postive after spending £320 pound an stopping at 3tg said sorry the way i felt then i was banned from chat ive seen worse comments .and today i received a £4 bonus played 4 games in 4 rooms and every ticket was 1tg for a line 1tg for 2 lines 1tg full house .this is not right i have never ever played that much and not win a thing i am going to look further into this if not resoved as i ak £320 down i know its a risk but never played that much to get a win i feel i have been treated bad an singled out by the admins ist is an awful site”

“Anony I had the same issue but on a larger scale. £3000. I only went on the game to get the free £5 and a year later I was getting messages saying I was depositing money. When my phone bill came it was over £3000. There was nothing the police or fraud team could do at the time. I could prove it wasn't me. All I got from them was it was deposited from my phone, I didn't even have the app on my phone I deleted it after I used the free £5. If you get anywhere with claiming your money back please repost as it would be a great help thanks”

“Mfortune used to be a fantastic site .until they started sending text messages to say thank you your top up was successful ! Wasn't even using my phone let alone playing game .now I have a 120 phone bill .all they could say was phone the police .not helpful when I didn't top up .what a joke.now got to go to police and try to get my money back .absolutely fuming!”

“Real joke of a company spent hundreds topping up on phone bill for over a year won fifty quid and its took me over four weeks for them to say they wil now pay (although not recieved yet) I had to send in over ten pieces of ID there a joke keep making excuses up and stalking will never use them again stay away !!!”

“Can't withdraw your money without a Dna test, always an excuse or a delay with withdrawing, that said you more than likely won't get to that stage as the wins are pathetic and rare. Please Please save yourself the money and stick yo the decent sites. The games are pretty poor to add, very poor bonus rounds. I was on a 4.50 stake and won 80p in a bonus??? Do not get drawn in by offers either.”

“Terrible website dont use it at all costs. If you win good luck getting your winnings from them, you provide them documenyts that they require and wait another 3 days for them to tell you that they think they are fake and want you to provide the original copy, these are tactics for you to not get anything from them. Worse gambling company ever.”

“Signed up last night, deposited £100 and was a complete rip-off.. Slots are the worst I've ever seen, bonus rounds only pay by the line amount and not the overall stake so your lucky if you win £2 on any bonus game on a £2.5 stake.. Stay clear of these rip-off merchants and any site that recommends these type of places .”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! First went to them everything ok won £100 they asked for ID my licence sent it in paid me out next time I won £50 now there asking for loads of phone bills more ID birth cert passport letter from phone provider to say bills up todate my phone bills in friends name wants all her details even though been with mfortune for bout year topping up every month paid my bill every month and they won't pay me out just avoid this company keep your money !”

“Where do I start. I paid like £20 and simply went to withdraw £25, no biggie right?? Wrong. They wanted driving licence, bank statement latest phone bill covering the date of request for withdrawn AND proof of the bill being paid. My bills are paid 22nd and my request was 25th so obviously this wasn't going to be paid until next bill. Bloody waste of space money grabbing B.stards”

“Worst gambling site ever Deposited over £500 across a week never won really big money For stake £15 per spin got a bonus which gave me £0.80 My wife deposited over £300 and didnt win anything either. We wont use this company ever again. They sent me a text if i will play today ill get £££ bonus. So stupid me i did and guess whar ive got £1.00 For ove £500 spent. Its a joke. “Played over 3 days. They are also linked to pocketwin so beware. Bad beat after bad beat in blackjack and roulette. These casinos will make sure you don't win. Maybe one lucky person wins a fortune but there us no way the payout % is right. Avoid at all costs”

“They state 3 working days for a withdrawal they waited until the 4th day for I'd and are now saying it will be Tuesday when the banking team release the funds 5 working days from now. They use any excuse not to pay out avoid them they take your Money and don't pay winnings in time they set”

“They take your bonuses away when they feel like it but have the cheek to ask you on Facebook to play there competitions even though you won't see a penny because they failed to tell you that your bonuses are cancelled! They make money from me when I get my bonuses I usually top up as well so it's their loss! I think it's because I have won a lot of cash with bonus money but that's not my fault for being a good player!! Think they are just getting greedy these days. They did a Trustpilot incentive over the weekend and gave people Monday as a closing time but oh no they stopped paying out for the reviews at 7:50pm without making customers aware so they were in theory getting ALOT of free reviews from people thinking it was for a bonus when clearly it wasnt! Customer service over phone is poor and the woman sounded more stoned than I was! Bunch of twits! NEVER AGAIN”
