“just a replacement”

“I love their products. I had a poor experience trying to buy a replacement part. They wouldn't ship it to me without a bunch of personal information that was not necessary as they had already been paid for the part. Ultimately, I had to cancel my order and reorder it again to get the part. Very stupid online parts purchase system.”

“I bought an MGI Golf Zip Navigator almost a year ago. It has been one of the best investments in my health. I'm out three times weekly and walking pain-free. There have been no surprises. The cart is well made and my only issue was a broken remote clip. Fortunately MGI Golf has parts available online which quickly solved my issue.”

“I believe you guys have an exemplary product. I have had my unit for about 20 months. Besides losing my remote (which is not your issue) I have had no problems. My only small wish would be that it was easier to clean...All the nooks and crannies make it a laborious undertaking. But the product is great!”

“I currently own 3 MGI remote control carts, two Zips and one Quad, getting ready to buy a fourth one. Both models are excellent. Had a warranty problem with one of the remotes and MGI stood behind it and sent me a replacement immediately. I have recommended this cart to six friends who have also purchased MGI products and everyone is more than pleased. Great company!”

“Purchased the zip rain cover recently Have no used it yet . I did attach it to the cart bag. It fits snug and is a heavy duty reinforced clear plastic. Not easy to access the side pockets. You need to make sure you have,what you need before installing. I think it will do a good job. It seems too bulky to store in the bag if it's not raining but will be raining later in the round. So probably best you put it on to begin with. Will report back after usingvit”
