“This zip purchase was to replace my wife's worn out quad. You took care of us when her electrical plugs weren't making contact properly, and sent me a drive motor for the right wheel when it needed replacing. So when we decided to replace the buggy when the electrical connections started acting up again, buying from MGI was a no brainer. I'm quite happy with my zip, so she went with one too.”

“I love their products. I had a poor experience trying to buy a replacement part. They wouldn't ship it to me without a bunch of personal information that was not necessary as they had already been paid for the part. Ultimately, I had to cancel my order and reorder it again to get the part. Very stupid online parts purchase system.”

“I bought an MGI Golf Zip Navigator almost a year ago. It has been one of the best investments in my health. I'm out three times weekly and walking pain-free. There have been no surprises. The cart is well made and my only issue was a broken remote clip. Fortunately MGI Golf has parts available online which quickly solved my issue.”

“I believe you guys have an exemplary product. I have had my unit for about 20 months. Besides losing my remote (which is not your issue) I have had no problems. My only small wish would be that it was easier to clean...All the nooks and crannies make it a laborious undertaking. But the product is great!”

“I currently own 3 MGI remote control carts, two Zips and one Quad, getting ready to buy a fourth one. Both models are excellent. Had a warranty problem with one of the remotes and MGI stood behind it and sent me a replacement immediately. I have recommended this cart to six friends who have also purchased MGI products and everyone is more than pleased. Great company!”
