Where to begin....I hesitated to even give one star. Ordered a part having checked with my mechanic it would fit, paid for fast delivery . Delivery didnt happen so complained and got a refund for the postage...so far so good . Part arrived...wrong part. When I queried why I hadnt received what I ordered I got told I had been sent a better version as they didnt have the one I wanted, and if it was the wrong part it was because I had ordered wrongly in the first place . I screenshot all my purchases so sent that in...only to discover the part had mysteriously vanished from the website after I started to complain. Several emails exchanged and they still claim the part I got is what I ordered. I then rang the business number as its impossible to get anyone to pick up the phone on the other two extensions , and eventually he conceded that the part I was sent and the part I ordered were not the same, and he would send me a prepaid postal label...I'm still waiting . I'm damned if I am going to pay postage on something I didnt order so its trading standards next for me.....shoddy shoddy customer service...wont touch them again

Told I had payed for the fast delivery when I never even had the option as it defaulted to that payment on my app. Gave up trying to get a refund, yet the parcel still took 9 days to arrive instead of the 3 days that I "paid for". Customer satisfaction does not come into it. Would not advise using this company to anyone

DONT BUY FROM MICKSGARAGE.COM It says… DONT BUY FROM MICKSGARAGE.COM It says on the web site EASY RETURNS NO I got 2 Emails from them with differant addresses one in Barnsley one in Irland I sent a quiry got back email saying the Barnsley adress was no longer being used (WHY SEND AN EMAIL TO THE CUSTOMER WITH THE WRONG ADDRESS) WARNING YOU HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN POST

The picture from the site is what I ordered, the instructions and fit kit are for a totally different vehicle. When confronted, the company claimed I made the wrong selection, and ignored my further emails. BAD COMPANY!

So I have been dealing with this company for a couple of weeks now. It has been nothing but one problem after the next. After selecting my vehicle from their site, having a vehicle show up which looks exactly like mine (its a civic, pretty common) I proceeded to purchase a suitable rack. When the product got to me, it did not fit my car even remotely. I contacted the manufacture of said racks and they informed me they do not even make a fit kit for my car. So either Micks site is horrible at organizing their products or they just don't care about their customers. I am beyond outraged by the whole process. The attempts to first contact and get shipping costs sorted was a nightmare. Getting them to agree to refund me was a hassle. Then onto of it all, to ship the good back to them to get it refunded, it is going to cost me 3x (almost $700) the racks value to get it to them. Their answer was "shop for a cheaper courier". Please do not buy from this company, they may mean well but they are disorganize, combative and very very against helping the customer ensure they are satisfied.

THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE TO DEAL WITH! Purchased some weather shields, first time they turn up broken in transit, asked for replacement and they refunded as 'were out of stock. Waited some months, ordered another and paid for, 6 Or so weeks later chased where the eff they were with nothing but an attitude response. Now refunded again and say they have no courier or carrier that can send to Australia anymore. Absolute ridiculous experience and would not reccomend!

Got sent the wrong part. 2nd time this year. Website part compatibility check does not work correctly. Filled in the website returns contact form, twice, with no reply. Rang relevant customer service helpline, also twice, got hung up on both times. Complained via email, saying all of the above. Got a generic reply back with a code to send back incorrect item, at my expense. Waiting for a refund....won’t hold my breath. AVOID

Sent wrong part. Arranged for part to be returned only to find out would be charged international post to Ireland from England as was unable to send returns back to their England depot as was closing down. Spoke with them about refunding half of the postal cost but refused so asked if they would make it clear on their website that people would be charged this as the England depot was closing but refused bad service and really poor customer service would never use again and would not recommend.

When goods arrived damaged, they refused to do anything about it despite sending photos immediately, I have been trying to get a response with no luck....

Service and turnaround time have deteriorated badly. Items were always sent via an post on the day of order and delivered the next day. Now unless you choose the nextday DPD option, they hold the parts for a few days and then ship them. DPD are hopeless and when they do deliver its at night time and you loose a day anyway. I have been a customer for years, but as of today will be going elsewhere. Its a pity as this used to be a good service

Having unintentionally ticked the 3 day delivery, as I did not see options whilst processing my order, where Micks Garages assured me that I had chosen the option, it took over 8 days for the item to be delivered. A refund would be nice but I have lost the will to argue about it as I'm sure they'll have a some clause around a refund. Will vote with my feet sadly.

Very unprofessional customer service. Asked several questions through email, not a single aswer, all questiones tottaly avoided. Patetic approach. Badly monitored stock that their system is showing as available while its not. I am stuck now for days without car and money after purchasing a ''ghost unit''. They kept lying me about delivery date even though they knew it won't be delivered on time. Eventually I ended up with full refund for which I'll be waiting over a week. Will never buy again. Should be zero stars for what happened. I do not recommend to serious buyers.

Received defective wind deflectors so photographed and returned, but even though they agreed the deflectors were damaged they refused to pay return postage and once I asked for return postage they then decided the deflectors were not defective. I have full photo evidence to prove defects and emails to show they agreed. Have opened a complaint through contacting Trading Standards and have been told the process to follow which I have started And I have been provided with a case reference to take forward should I need to go to the small claims court. I will follow through because they think they can get away with it and I am in the right. Never been treated so bad before by any company, but I have the patience to follow to the end.

MICKS GANGSTERS - BUYER BEWARE!!!! Ordered a wheel bearing kit for my car (according to their website using their registration model matcher). They sent me the wrong item. They advised me to return it using and I would be reimbursed within 7 working days at the latest, and that I should order a different item. This i all did, and incurred the returns cost also, and the cost of the mechanic storing my deconstructed car until the new part arrived. 2 weeks later, I've still received no refund. They demanded I get confirmation that it was delivered from the post office - which I did. Then they claim the post office never gave it to them despite having evidence to the contrary. When I challenged them on this, they started raising their voice in an aggressive manner to me, and kept talking over me insisting I am wrong. Lucky I used paypal so I can force a refund from them. This is the benefit of using a secure payments method. This outfit are incompetent scam artists with shady employees. Beware and do not use them. Micks Gangsters

I recently bought some heko wind deflectors from micks garage. Delivery was quick and everything was there. I watched several videos about fitting deflectors. When I tried to fit the first one the shamfered end broke off. I emailed micks and explained what happened, I was tod to send photos which I did. Next email basically said that it was broken due to fiiting, so all they offered me was 10% off a new set, lol. I emailed back and said it may have had a weakness. Next email as 1st 10 % off full set. I decided to try fitting with more clips, once in you could see the shamfered edges,seemed solid enough until on motorway, all you could hear was noisy wind whistling.I would not waste any money buying these wind deflectors and certainly do not buy anything from micks garage as all they want is quick sales and do not care when things go wrong.

Order no.1535649.Ridiculous!!!!!!! This is probably the worst customer service in the whole world.A male from a customer service refused to proceed a refund for incorrect item been sent where he breached a rules of sale.Than 7 times he hanged the phone down when i’ve tried to contact him and it cost me £12 of phone bill.After he answered the phone he attacked me over the phone and accused me for the things i haven’t done.In my opion this male who refused to provide his name is a serious offender against customers and should be dismissed ASAP if the company MICKSGARAGE really care of their reputation.The name of the rudest person i’ve ever met is NICHOLAS RUSELL and would advise to avoid that company as if you face any problems with your order than there is a possibility that you become a next victim of that horrible person. Worst customer service Mikey Hynes was provided. Not helpful at all. The parcel (need signature upon delivery) was missing by Yodel who has no delivery and signature proof, but they don't care. No refund plan was made. So disappointed with this seller. Stay away. I have to dispute the payment and get my money back.

You guys have terrible service I ordered a product 2 weeks ago they never shipped I called to ask why it never shipped you guys blamed it on DHL when DHL never received the package then when I requested you to send the package you sent me a refund instead showing that you do not have the material for sales in the first place a two-week waste of my time

BAD BAD BAD, The world of internet shopping has taken over and it really should be a good thing to have a choice without trapping round from shop to shop by car or by foot, However I feel that businesses whom operate over the internet have a responsibility to resolve their issues in an acceptable manner. MicksGarage most certainly don't have any concern regarding resolving their mistakes. I purchased a set of Roof bars for my car where I put in my Registration number and their system identified the bars required. As i needed the roof bars for my holiday (9 days away) I didn't want to risk not getting them so I paid for next day delivery (They arrived two days later on Saturday instead of Friday) The roof bars were the wrong size for my car being about 10 inches too short. Had to then wait until Monday to contact them as they only operate Monday to Friday. When I did phone the rude man on the other end of the phone suggested they were the right bars as he had sold hundreds of them and that I was wrong! When I returned home from work I took photo's to prove that the bars were wrong, However as by this time they had closed for the evening they didn't receive my email til Tuesday. They then had to admit I had been sent the wrong ones and said I would need to send them back for a refund and then re-order a different set, I asked them to send me the correct bars by courier and I would give him the incorrect bars to return, Their reply was simply "NO WE CANNOT DO THAT" So with Micks Garage resolution Clearly this is not possible to achieve before i go on holiday on Saturday! Needless to say I will certainly never use them again. BUSINESSES LIKE THIS SIMPLY SHOULD NOT EXIST IF THEY CANNOT SEE IT AS THEIR RESPONSIBLY TO PUT RIGHT ISSUES THAT THEY HAVE CAUSED IN A SATISFACTORY MANNER, I WASN'T ASKING FOR COMPENSATION SIMPLY THE PRODUCT THAT I HAD PURCHASED FROM THEM!!!
