Millers have lost my order but their customer help desk doesn’t answer the phone; they take 48 hours to reply to emails and then just repeat invalid tracking information and are refusing to give me a refund

I ordered some gifts for Christmas in October 2021. After 3 weeks of not hearing anything I contacted them to be told there were some delays. After another 2 weeks I contacted them again and I was still told there were delays. At that point I asked for a refund and I am still waiting to see my money 3 months later January 2021. They are now saying they tried transferring my money, but my bank declined it. They obviously didn't have the items I originally wanted in stock to begin with, but took the money out of my account anyway. How they feel they can behave in such a terrible manner is dreadful. Please do not buy from what used to be a good reputable company. I don't understand how they've become so criminal with their intents. If in any doubt, just go to their Facebook page to see so many customer complaints.

Ordered item online via the website then two weeks later received an email saying they had run out of stock and cancelled my order stating I would get a full refund........I’m still waiting

I would honestly put -5 if I had the option. After waiting 3 weeks with no accurate update as to what is happening with my package, it arrives with half of the items missing. I contacted customer services 2 days before the delivery of my package and they failed to mention anything about any of my items not showing up.. they just sent out the bog standard reply email. Under no circumstances would I recommend buying ANYTHING from this site. AVOID at all costs.

The online service is ridiculous. You go to track your order and the bot that is there to allegedly support you just replies with ‘ I do not understand’.. well I don’t understand why you have the option to ‘track order’ if it doesn’t work. Safe to say I will never order online again from this company

I don't normally write negative reviews but the Millets online service deserves a negative review. I placed an order on November 26th and I still haven't received my order, even though Millet's have taken the money. I have spoken to Customer services at least 7 times and apart from being polite and saying they can't do anything and sorry, it is a waste of time. The online service is a complete contrast from the good service I get in the Newton Abbot store. I know we are in strange times but other online services such as Wiggle have got my orders out efficiently. I do not intend to use Millet's online service again. service again.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered on line, payment taken, no goods after 3 weeks. Used automated customer service order in process. Spoke to customer services twice, problem with thier IT? Being sorted. Eventually after having no response contacted credit card company and raised dispute. Never had any response from Millets, symbolic, do not use on line!!!

Ordered a Christmas present weeks ago. They left it until the last minute to cancel and give me a refund stating no stock available. Stock was available online apparently and in my local stores of Millets and Go Outdoors (All owned by JD anyway). I was told to reorder and I would be reimbursed with the difference of what I paid when on discount. I received the discount difference but my order was cancelled yesterday. This is far too last minute. I purposefully ordered online due to COVID trying to do the right thing, but now it’s too late to get my son the boots he wanted for Christmas. Really disappointed and suggest people do not deal with these companies online if you want something of importance. You have to go in person to the shop.

Online ....AVOID !!! I ordered an item , paying for it & postage via paypal . The order failed immediately after payment ( no explanation as to why ) . Refunded item cost but not postage ... Irrelevant email received after I complained , not even acknowledging my complaint about no refund for postage . My replies to this now just "bounce " back . I have no complaints about paypal , but milletts has taken Money ( & time ) from me , just for attempting to use their dodgy website . Ridiculous .

Awful company. Website can't even stay upto date, dead stock for sale - which you buy unassuming & won't receive the goods for!!!!! Terrible. No idea how they are still running as a business.

A SIMILAR STORY TO MANY OTHER REVIEWS (JUST WISH I'D READ THEM FIRST!!) BUYER BEWARE - MILLETS IS A JOKE. I ORDERED SOME GLOVES ON 10TH OCTOBER - STILL WAITING ! NO COMMUNICATION FROM MILLETS - KEEP CHASING - THEIR WEBSITE 'IS HAVING DIFFICULTIES' UNQUOTE - AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! AND THEY ARE STILL ONLINE AS AVAILABLE TO ORDER - COMPLETE MESS

Terrible service .... ordered 28th of August told the order was working through the warehouse on the 30th of august ... chased up several times on automated chat and just told 5-7 days finally got through after phoning twice a week to be told order has been lost but since it’s been 30 days since the order I do not qualify for a refund .... absolutely disgusting the phone operator didn’t seem bother just kept repeating it’s been 30 days .... asked to speak to a manager but told I can’t as they are working from home .... ridiculous ....£55 pound down

Absolutely shambolic service been passed around from pillar to post 4 weeks later still no order or refund it's an IT problem your order is stuck in the system it's being prepared in the warehouse I would never use these imbiciles again!

price reasonable, took my money then reimburse me and never told me they where out of stock and where not sending my order. I have been in line to track my items but was never given any details. I will not use millets again...

I can honestly say an absolute waste of time ordering anything from them. The last 3 orders I've purchased has said it is progressing through their warehouse, only to receive an email a couple of days later saying "sorry it's out of stock" absolute time wasters.

Ordered 2 chairs in July, only 1 arrived. Still awaiting either a refund or second chair. Plenty of trite emails and automated responses but nothing else.

Ordered some shoes this morning. Just received an email to say I had cancelled and got a refund which I never did. Tried reply to email which bounced back as undeliverable. Tried to contact online and got auto assistant who said I didn’t have an account nor had an order! Tried phoning and got auto voice who did not understand my problem and just kept asking me to tell her what was wrong. Aaarrrrgggghhhh!

I would give zero if I could... ordered in August waited for 4 weeks then asked for an update from customer services.. they informed me they had lost the order, very apologetic and assured me that it would be sent asap. Two weeks later and its groundhog day called customer services got an automated email then a message from 'Vlad' telling me they hadn't got confirmation from the 'relevant department' this was three days ago ..... now been given refund and asked to order again... I did ... from Amazon and it arrived 24 hours later! Wanted to support a UK business but NEVER AGAIN... Avoid them like the plague!!!!!!!
