“Exelent service from Ivan Rioux. He sorts out spares, and any problems he solves. The only letdown is dispatch,very slow and have to be contacted befor things get done. Very satisfied with your shop. Mini greetings Kollie”

“Very disappointed with the service. Didnt have the parts in stock i had to call them to get an update, kept telling me they will call me and update me i had to call them 4 times in 1 week to tell that they have to order the part in 3 to 4 weeks. I had to call them to find out what was happening no response from them will not be using them again.”

Hi Mandip, I'm very sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the service you received. Although our site does give stock levels on product pages when you're placing your order and indicates should a wait be expected. I can only apologise for the lack of communication that you received around your order though and can assure you that this is something that we are constantly working at. “The products that were promptly delivered were all correct and of good quality. However 2 items were not delivered and no communication has been received about whether and when the outstanding items will be delivered. I have phoned & spoke to a very helpful person but I'm still unsure of if and when, and so do I source from elsewhere??”

“Having just completed the restoration of my 1978 Mini 1000 over the last three years, Mini Sport has been instrumental in making this happen. Parts were shipped promptly...if only they were on this side of the pond!”

“Took over two weeks and two emails with the threat of credit card cancellation to receive a response. One part of order not in stock so you held back the full order and decided not to bother sharing this with me ? Over a month has now passed and the order has still not been completed. I have since ordered more parts from another company and received a faultless service.”

Hi Derek, Firstly I would like to apologise for the poor experience you have received with us here at Mini Sport, this is not a situation that we are happy to hear about and is something we will be looking in to further. We understand that our communication regarding delayed orders is an area in which we are lacking, and it is something we are striving to improve. I'm very sorry that we failed to keep you updated on the status of your order and I fully understand how frustrating this has been. Unfortunately in regards to holding back the full order, we do wait until we have the full order to ship to keep freight as low as possible for the customer, however if requested this can be shipped as it is available. I hope that your products made their way to you in the end and I would once again like to apologise for the negative experience you have had with us here at Mini Sport.
