“It took 3 weeks from order before shipment was sent. Not any warnings about long delay when order was placed, and not any communication about delay.”

“I visit the shop and buy parts from Mini Sport online the staff are very good and always have good advice the prices are very competitive. My next visit will be to the rolling road to get my 1380 mini set up. I would recommend Mini Sport to any one. Dave”

“Placed order online. 5 days later order still hadn't arrived. When I made contact to find out about order I was told, one the items was out of stock and you was waiting for item to arrive. While I acknowledge while ordering it said stock was low it didn't say item was out of stock. It would have been nice to receive notice of stock issue. Having said all this my issue was dealt with very quickly and I received items within 48hrs”

“Pros... Price good, Low Shipping costs Cons... Several items were added to my basket (that I had not ordered) just before I was to proceed to payment. Therefore buyer beware. Hopefully this glitch will be corrected soon. Fortunately I double checked, so had to back track and delete the EXTRA items before I confirmed the order. My Tyres are due within 48hrs”

“I've been using these guys for years with good service. This last time I was sent a couple of incorrect parts from those ordered. No response to emails, had to chase by phone to get correct ones sent out with a return slip. All sorted a week later no problem. Although a minor thing it would have been nice to have received a "sorry".”

“Hi all, I have placed 2 orders with you recently.Both orders presumably had pieces on back order.I would like you to notify me if the order cannot be completed and an approximate delivery time.The current order for which I am still waiting was processed(and billed at the same time,making interest on my money?) at the beginning of the month.If I place an order which you cannot process in total,I would suggest that you; 1. notify me of the status of the order. 2.bill me when the order is being processed for shipping.”
