“Item did not fit vehicle, would have taken some serious modification which I was not willing to do simply as the product was meant to retrofit and because of the cost it had been damaged. Returns processes poor. Took three weeks before getting my money back! Really disappointed.”

“The right part delivered quickly”

“Parts are of decent quality and good on price. However, the website may tell you something is in stock when in fact it isn't. There is also a lack of contact from the company to tell you that your order will be delayed as parts are not available. I had to chase them 3 times to find out where my order was and why it hadn't been dispatched before I was finally told that there was something out of stock.”

“Ok.. This was the absolute least expensive place I've found online to get parts for a Rover Mini. The order was processed promptly through Mini Sport's out going processing system within a couple business days. Unfortantely it took way too long too long for a one product order to reach me. Hey but that's not on Mini Sport as they got my order to the US in about 3 days. Yea! Point is: if you're here in the US and you have to get a part sent from the UK, I would highly recommend purchasing it from Mini Sport but don't use Royal Mail if you don't have to because you can only track your order to the import point so you now won't know when it left that point or when you can expect it at your door. So shop at Mini Sport but be aware of your choice in shipping service.”

“I expected to receive my parts within 5days but took 8 or 9days. For an example mg owners club ship parts orders the following day so you can receive parts in 4 to 5days. depending which postage option you choose I usually choose 48h from shipping. REGARDS Gilbert”

“Quick and correct shipment of my orders are appreciated but as my son that still lives at home orders parts for his car seem to confuse you a bit. This is not a big issue but sometimes I'm not a informed and gets me wondering as I haven't ordered anything and it is addressed to myself! This will solve it self as he is moving out 1st of April. Thank you very much for being there for us when we have big mini problems ????”

“No reply to several emails 1 week after the order. I just understood of the 5 items ordered was missing after receiving it. No detiver 8 days after accepting to receive the missing set of ordinary spark plugs”
