“I think i must have struck lucky. I was looking for a surveyor in the Bournemouth area to do a survey really urgently. I was given Peter Jones, Director of Gavaghan Jones Associates ltd. by MIRAS. He had a few problems getting through to the lettings agent and even getting hold of the key to one flat (of two that i was intending to purchase as a buy to let). I couldn't praise him highly enough. I have already recommended him to one of my sisters who in the future will need a good surveyor. He was extremely helpful, friendly, professional, great to deal with. He put in the extra effort and time to make this happen fast. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellence and an extremely nice person with whom to do business.”

“I am impressed with the reliability and professional conduct of the company. i am please I decided to use their service for the evaluation. Given some of the other surveyorsing companies are just replying to my query. Mirus Surveyors in my opinion have rightly earlned the 5-Star rating I awarded them.”

“I found 'Mirus' Surveyor's communication and survey, very thorough and prompt. Within '2' days of request I received a detailed report that made me look into the property purchase at another angle. If I require another survey I would definitely would not hesitate to use them again. Very professional and organised, and value for money.”

“The gentleman that came out for the survey was very particular checking everything . The email arrived reasonable quickly followers by a hard copy a few days later . It was well worth having the full structural survey done ! The cost was not the cheapest around or by far the most expensive ! A good choice at the end of the day . !”

“I recently had a building survey arranged through Mirus. It was easy to organise, I got the survey completed within a week (apparently not possible according to other surveying companies) and the report itself was the best I have ever received. It was very comprehensive, easy to understand and contained photos of the problem areas. We have used the report to help plan renovations and repairs needed at the new property.”

“Excellent service. Highly recommended. I asked 3 companies to quote - Mirus were the only ones that weren't pushy and they were completely professional from start to finish. It was a bonus that they were also the lowest priced! The service was fast and thorough - everything was presented in a way I could understand it. The surveyor was flexible with dates and times. I cannot thank them enough for doing their bit to minimise my stress with my move.”
