“Used them twice now within the last couple of years and they were outstanding both times. They came back to me with a quote within a day of requesting one on their website, the quick replies to my emails continued throughout the process. Martin, the surveyor was professional, polite and very friendly. The report was sent to us sooner than the advised turnaround times. Very happy and will definitely recommend them to others.”

“The Survey was carried out within a week of first contacting Mirus on a Sunday. Neil was very professional and the whole process was very smooth. The report was issued out within three working days upon payment. I would definitely recommend them!.”

“Avoid these people like the plague. I used Mirus surveyors for a shared ownership valuation for a resale. They valued my property significantly lower than other similar properties in the building had recently sold for. I politely asked them to reconsider and provided evidence. They responded very rudely and unprofessionally and refused to reconsider despite clear evidence they were wrong and the fact they had used some very different properties as comparators. I later discovered that my neighbour, who has the exact same flat as us, had their property valued by a different company a full £15,000 higher. As we have progressed to selling outright estate agents are recommending putting it on the market for similar prices to others that are in the building are going for (£40,000 - £75,000) more. Even accounting for estate agents inflating quotes to get business, the property is clearly worth much more than Mirus valued it at. To top it off their rude and unprofessional attitude and responses were entirely uncalled for.”

“Valuation for share to buy, surveyor booked in for next day after contact with a detailed report given the day after. Emails responded to often within minutes, used for 2 further revaluations and same great response times and service. I can highly recommend!”
