“Mirus had already done a fantastic job with a speedy full valuation for the HTB redemption back in August and when I got in touch with them regarding a desktop valuation because that had expired they not only helped me massively by suggesting I get in touch with Target to discuss the extension they also had a desktop valuation emailed over to me within 90 mins! I am incredibly grateful for them and their speedy and professional work.”

“I really couldn't fault Mirus Surveyors. It only took 9 working days from my initial online enquiry to receiving our RICS Help to Buy valuation. Given that they were easily the most reasonably priced surveyors offering this service (of the three quotes I gained) I was somewhat sceptical at first. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised! All emails were answered quickly by Mia and our surveyor was booked in within a day of enquiring and the report was received within a week of their visit (which was exactly the timeframe they gave). Overall, really happy with the service we received and we will definitely be recommending them to others needing the same report.”

“Mirus was absolutely brilliant from start to finish! They came out to do my valuation the day after I contacted them and were very competitive on price. Mia was very easy to do with and super helpful with speedy responses. I received my valuation within a week which was great as I was in a bit of a hurry. Highly recommend this company. Sophie”
