“Used them twice now within the last couple of years and they were outstanding both times. They came back to me with a quote within a day of requesting one on their website, the quick replies to my emails continued throughout the process. Martin, the surveyor was professional, polite and very friendly. The report was sent to us sooner than the advised turnaround times. Very happy and will definitely recommend them to others.”

“Valuation for share to buy, surveyor booked in for next day after contact with a detailed report given the day after. Emails responded to often within minutes, used for 2 further revaluations and same great response times and service. I can highly recommend!”

“Found these people on website both my husband and I are busy key workers. Needed leasehold review and they work with the different housing associations. The contact was easy and prompt they had contact with a person within a day. They were very helpful to set up a consult around our shifts. The surveyor was very professional and helpful about process. We had it completed within 2 days and the cost was reasonable and comparable to others. We had to make a small change about parking spaces was done in 30 mins. It is so stressful buying and selling a home. These strangers may it such a productive day and I would recommend to anyone. Did not know of this company till 2 weeks ago. Thanks for your great service. Mrs Cameron”

“Booked with them to to get a RICS valuation for Help to buy redemption. It was recommended by one of our neighbours. Easy communication over the email. They are very quick with and booking the survey. They are flexible with dates too; had booked it on Sun, which was great for us. The survey report comes back in 3-5 working days. Had a two small error in the report, they adjusted it in 30 min and sent the report back. Very happy with their service. The surveyor was also very polite and patient with me when I did not hear the intercom, and neither my phone. Definitely recommend their service.”
