😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡Do not buy from this company . 😡😡😡😡😡😡 Returned items and still 4 months in no refund ... Wasted hours on chat / messenger and still no progress Nightmare to get hold of. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered 2 items on the 8th September. Never received them. Asked for a refund & on 3 different occasions was told it was processed. Still nothing. Absolute ridiculous. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Very bad customer service order placed 18th September never received and been chasing refund ever since have been advised twice they are refunding but no refund has been made ever time query they ask me yo send proof of return I can't return something I didn't receive to begin with details of tracking showing it never even got to the courier

Absolutely awful customer service. I returned two items a month ago, emailing everyday and getting no response and still no refund. Do not use!!!!!

I strongly urge NO ONE to order of this company if you can call it that.Still waiting for a refund from early Sep.No amount of emails or bad reviews make a difference. COMPLETE SCAM

Sorry misfiga you deserve 0 stars! I returned an order on 23rd September and I am still waiting for a refund I am now being ignored! Appalling service will never use again

Don’t purchase anything from this company. I ordered and paid for two dresses 5 weeks ago. The parcel arrived however only contained one dress despite the delivery note suggesting there were two in the parcel. I immediately contacted customer services by email. No response. I have since returned the dress that did arrive and requested refunds for both dresses. Again no response and no refund. Last resort is contacting the financial ombudsman.

Bought sport suit, received wrong items sent them sport suit back and had to pay for that. No refund for returned items..

Avoid this company at all costs! Dress took five days to arrive despite paying for next day delivery. Sent the dress back within two weeks as was cheaply made, poor fabric and looked nothing like the picture. The return was signed for on their end on 15 September. No refund arrived so I chased and chased with no reply to emails, finally got a response on 04 October on Messenger to say that my refund had been processed. No refund arrived. Further chasing by email and another repeated request to send my tracking info which I have now done twice, both times to the same person! It is now 18 October and no refund has arrived, despite numerous emails to chase this up - with no reply at all. Will NEVER order from this company again. Complete scam. Now have to waste further time going to Trading Standards and contacting my bank. Not acceptable at all.

Avoid at all costs😡Returned 2 items,no refund after numerous emails which are now being ignored.Also offer free returns but the returns label has been taken off invoice when goods arrived,Disgusting!!!!

Scam company - don’t buy! Took my money and never sent item. 6 weeks still chasing refund and not one response. Solicitors and police investigations now informed now for legal action. Too many fraudulent customers stating the same.

Very poor customer service. Returned an item 6 weeks ago no refund and now they say they can't find the return, i have sent proof of delivery 6 times, just not good enough

Ordered an item and paid for next day delivery. The wrong size was sent. Returned/ tracked by royal mail. Recieved by Missfiga 1st September and despite numerous promises etc still no refund. !!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Order has never arrived and it is now over 4 weeks since I ordered. 7 emails have been sent with 6 stating that I want the order cancelled as it's no longer required and this is still not done. Every response from Missfiga either states they'll look into it or ask if I want it resent which means they clearly do not read the email sent. Unbelievably poor customer service!!
