I returned two dresses and was told I had been refunded! But no refund has been received. They re now not responding to my emails. Have now contacted trading standards! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Items dispatched, never received. Dispatched 2nd time, arrived 3 weeks later. Returned, no refund. Advised by you 17th Nov refund processed, still no refund. Poor company, Facebook should not allow advertising

Absolutely awful customer service. Spent £160 with them in dresses for a wedding. Paid for next day delivery before cut off of 5pm but they arrived 2 days later after I needed them. I emailed them at the time and then spent £10 on recorded delivery to send them back. They were signed for at the beginning of January and after several emails to customer services where they keep asking me for the same information (my tracking details) they are now not responding to any of my emails. They now have £160 of my money, and £160 worth or dresses. Win win for them. Absolutely shocking company.

Ordered 2 item sent one item back after numerous emails and messages on Facebook still no refund I sent item back 30/11/21 I have now gone to my bank for charge back due to them never resolving this. Company is the worst I have ever used NEVER USE THEM

I ordered a few items on the 3rd November and I didn’t receive one of my items (a skirt). I messaged them and gave my order number. A month later I heard nothing so I got in touch again regarding the order. On the 9th December I was told that the item had been re-sent. I still have not received this item!

I would not recommend this untrustworthy company from poor sizing to bad customer service and missing refund their is absolutely nothing I would recommend to anyone about Missfiga.

I really wouldn't recommend buying from this company. I returned an order, which was delivered by Royal Mail on 4th November. I gave it some time for the company to process the refund and then e-mailed them to ask if I could be refunded. I don't know how many times I messaged them asking for a refund with proof of postage until I finally got a refund around the 18th December. The thing that really irritated me was not the fact the refund took so long, but that they kept constantly asking me for the same information (when I'd already provided it). I would provide perfectly polite and professional e-mails with proof of postage, which they would respond to and then ignore It just seemed extremally disorganized. I also ordered a dress, which never arrive and they cancelled it but then charged me £5.00 for delivery. Why an earth should I have to pay postage for something that has never arrived!? I don't think I have never been more infuriated with a clothes company in my life.

Really bad customer care. Ordered a top on the 13th December, its not arrived till this day,or even made it to yodel. Sent a few emails no response.

Still no refund after sending goods back in October, countless emails and no reply , no phone number to call that you could talk to someone absolutely disgusting customer service. £90 that I will now have to pay on my Klarna and goods returned, never order goods from this company

Ordered 28th July.goods were sent and returned within a week.still no refund of £90.emails are ignored.i have also sent letters which I expect go straight in the bin.tried to help the smaller businesses and this is how they have repaid us by stealing my £90 also a lot more customers from the reviews I have read. Even sent me an email last week offering me 30% discount for a Black Friday deal.as if I would ever buy from you again.

Possible the worst customer service ever, sent items back (recorded) when they didnt refund i checked they had recieved, they wanted proof that the items were delivered back then after spending 2 weeks emailing as they have no phone number they offered me a credit note... i told them that I did not want this and they fianlly agreed to refund me.. its been a week and ive still not recieved my refund and they have stopped responding to Emails.. Honestly one of the worst companies out there... do yourself a favour a steer clear

Awful service and no refund issued after 5 weeks. Still battling. Registered an official complaint made no difference- bad reviews on trustpilot too. I suspect they are in financial difficulties.

originally placed my order on the 15th of November. It was quickly shipped which was great, next update was on the 19th to say it was out for delivery with yodel and would be delivered before 9pm. I tracked my parcel all day, 9pm came and went and it’s seemed yodel gave up delivering it. THEN I had to jump through hoops to find out where it had gone until it finally got delivered on the 25th only to find one of my items wasn’t in the package. The invoice said refund on it but I hadn’t received the money yet even though it had been 10 days since ordered. Missfiga messaged me back to say that the refund had left their account on the 19th and could take 10 working days. Fine. 10 working days been and gone, still no refund and now they are ignoring my emails and messages. Avoid Avoid Avoid

After waiting weeks and weeks for order to arrive - past the event dates I actually needed the outfit for. I finally received the package after complaining twice! I returned all 3 items as past the date needed and returned with proof of postage 3 weeks ago! Still waiting in on £67 refund!!! Do not buy from them unless you don’t mind giving your time and money away!!

DO NOT ORDER from this company!!!! I ordered goods to the value of £90 on 1/10/21 never recieved them and I have been trying to contact them and get a refund ever since!!! Absolutely shocking and terrible customer service. I have sent a total of 57 emails requesting a refund I just get the odd reply with the response " they are extremely busy" total scammers!!!!! How many more customers are they going to rip off!! this is awful to read all of these terrrible reviews yet nothing can be done about it!!! Do NOT order from them!!

They never refund you despite providing proof of returns. Lie saying they’re processing a refund and do not. Report miss figa to trading standards, the consumer must win.
