“Bought a jacket at the beginning of June but I didn't like it so sent it back.waited weeks for a refund as checked the tracking and the item had arrived for return 2 days after I posted it. I emailed them and sent my proof of return and they said they had put it through but coukd take 14 days that was at the beg3of July... It's now the beginning of August and still no refund!!! Emails were getting replied to at the beginning but they are getting ignored. Never again will I buy from this company. Shocking customer service and tbh the clothes look nothing like they do in the pictures. AVOID!!”

“Wish I had read all these comments before ordering. I ordered a dress on next day delivery and a week later I have received nothing. They are not replying to my emails or messages. Don't waste yout time or money ordering from these jokers. I am now going to trading standards and contacting my bank.”

“Placed an order for next day delivery. That evening I got an email to say my parcel had been dispatched. Next day no further email/text when updates on the package so I contacted the company to confirm that’s delivery was still taking place. I was then told ‘sorry the item is out of stock and they will process a refund’! How can they send me a dispatch email when the item was out of stock and only told me when I contacted them! Awful company would never buy from them again!! Let’s just hope they refund me now otherwise I will be contacting the CEO!”

“They are liars. I ordered with them in December, returned the goods in January and was eventually promised a refund in March after emailing them multiple times. I haven't received anything and they are now ignoring my emails again. They got my original review taken down. Disgusted with the service from Missfiga - you are now stealing from people.”

“I placed an order nearly 2 months ago and never received my order. It's my first time to order from you and I will NEVER order again. I am now out of pocket. Shocking company! “Awful company no customer services. Sent me the wrong item then took weeks to send me a return label. I sent item back in 48hr tracked delivery. 2 date 2 weeks after returning and no refund! If you want to lose money then order from here!”

“Receive my order - pair of boots that were completely different to what I ordered. I got one email return saying they would resend the correct and for me to return the item FOC and have not heard anything from them again! Hermes have tried to deliver the returned goods and it’s stating no-one there to accept delivery 😳 how can that be! I feel this is a scam company and would not recommend using them at all.”

“Ordered a top and it came in the wrong colour entirely. After much backwards and forwards I didn’t return it due to a family bereavement and it obviously not on my list of things to do. I decided to order it again and now I’ve been sent a dress!!!! I ordered a black top - twice! I was sent a pink top and now a dress. Never using again!!!!”
