Customer service is for the most part, okay. I had a couple of "advisors" who initially seemed very helpful but later I realized that they had misinformed me and promised me some things that they could not/should not have. My third advisor, Charlotte R., was very thorough and she seemed to be the most informed regarding their company policies and when I explained to her what the previous advisors had promised, she decided to honor them as well as a courtesy even though she stated that they aren't supposed to do that under normal circumstances. As for prices you cannot beat Missguided...they are always having sales and promos that help you save even more off the usually low prices. Quality is okay too. They're China-made but the pairs of quilted grandpa sandals I received seemed sturdy enough. They had the lug soles which I desired for that clunky look. The cream pair had red fabric pen marks on the straps, outlining the shape or cutout of the straps, so that wasn't very professional but they were faint and not very noticeable. The black pair was gorgeous...the sizing was off however. I ordered the equivalent for a US size 7 but they fit more like 7.5-8 so I returned them and had the advisor order me the size below that as a way to "exchange" them even though they don't normally offer that. Something they should look into, though, is the student promo/discount thing. It didn't work for me no matter how many times I attempted to sign up for it using my college email address. That was very annoying and disappointing but I used a summer sale code they already had on the site and I still managed to save some $$. Delivery was fast enough for something that I thought was coming from overseas and the flat shipping rate of $8 is reasonable for that.

The clothing size comes up very small ordered a 12 in Jean's and there were more like a 10. I was quite disappointed about this.

Rachel was a great help. Had issues with not receiving my parcel but she managed to sort for me quickly. Had previously asked for help on the chat but had no luck so started again and Rachel really helped me. Great service from her!

Given 3 stars because I am always impressed with the items I order however it took a very long time to recieve a refund for an item I returned although Katie was very helpful on the live chat and solved the issue immediately

I have very mixed feelings about Missguided. The thing that lets it down most is their returns system. Delivery is always great (although I did receive 2 right feet for a pair of shoes I had been waiting aaaages to come back into stock!). The clothes and shoes are of good quality and prices are generally good for the value. The returns however really put me off ordering. There is never any updates from missguided throughout the whole process and I have physically had to contact Missguided to ask where a refund is - once contacted they are able to issue it straight away! I would have lite confidence in placing more orders if the returns process was was More user friendly. If we were kept up to date instead of waiting and waiting and then having to contact them for the issue to be refunded then they would probably get more business.

The top I bought had a hole in it. I contacted customer service and unfortunately they couldn't send a new one when it was out of stock. But they helped me get all the money back for the top. Sad with a broken top, but happy with the service I received.

My order was lost and I was left aggravated because I was so excited to receive my order. I contacted the help chat and talked to Yasmin who was great. I was upset because my package was uploaded to be here and it wasn’t and Yasmin helped me immediately and was nice and sweet the entire time. The three stars is for how amazing Yasmine was to deal with, but I don’t have my package yet so that is why it’s not 5 stars.

I have previously order from them and it was ok. On this occasion I decided to check out their clothes again, however, I received a similar item to what I ordered online difference is it was the wrong size, not what I wanted and it had a Brave Soul tag!!!!

Good clothes and speedy recovery. However, the dress i ordered, the straps were knotted to make them tighter/smaller. So, I have to sew them to my own size myself. Quite annoying!

Dont usually have problems but received a £5 discount code that im unable to use then contacted customer services and sent screenshots etc but still no £5 off.Whats the point in sending it if i cant use it?Customer service didnt seem bothered at all

Im so desapointed with some things. 1:why the plus size fashion in missguided are not the same as the skinny ones. Why the skinny have more options than plus size. 2:why the shoes dosent fit a plus size girl,why we donthave the same ,because we are fat dosent mean we can be fashion. 3:i brouth 4 pars of shoes i send back the for of them im not not very happy with missguided at all😡😡😡😡
