I placed an order on the app and everything seemed to go fine, but I did not receive an email confirmation which I thought was weird since I was charged by AfterPay. The order was also not showing in Order History. I contacted CS and was told no order was created and I would need to contact AfterPay for a refund - fine. I am going to miss out on the Play Boy sale though, pointed that out, and no accommodation was made. This was some sort of bug on the app, no fault of mine and I was charged for this error and now I will miss the Play Boy sale that was an app exclusive, with no accommodation from Missguided? This does not make me want to come back to the app to shop once I'm refunded in 7-10 business days.

First time ever ordering off Missguided and I am extremely disappointed with the experience as a whole. Pretty horrible customer service. Spent nearly $500 and ordered 10 items. Two items were missing and out of the remaining 8, none of the clothes fit even though I ordered them in my size so obviously their sizing runs very big. Got a free returns label which was great, returned all the clothes and was issued a refund. However, I was only issued a refund for 6 items and I have had to contact them about 4 times to get a refund for the remaining two items. I was supposed to get a $183 refund and only $35.5 was refunded to my bank account. No one could tell me why I was only refunded $35.5 and I am still waiting on the rest. Everyone just keeps telling me the refund will come through but it's been over a week now and I am getting very frustrated at having to contact them constantly to find out when the rest of my refund will come through. So if ordering I would make sure you know the clothes will fit because misguided are horrible with refunds and returns.

some of there stuff is a hit or a complete miss. i made a large order of about $300 worth of stuff and most of the clothes felt EXTREMELY cheap. you can get much more quality clothes at target for the same price or less. my blazer i got here literally feels like plastic.

Ordered a pair of tie dye black/grey joggers. Next day delivery was fulfilled. The material was lovely and soft and comfy. Ordered a size 8 which was quite generous. The disappointment was the crotch of the joggers both back and front was almost on my knees. Think I’ve been sent Mc Hammers trousers. Lol. On the model they were a snug fit around the bottom and didn’t state oversized. Very unhappy because they would have been lovely. Loved the colour. Now in process of returning. Probably won’t order anything else for the reason that the item does not fit as advertised.

I am so disappointed with the length of the items from the ‘Tall’ collection at Missguided. I ordered a pair of jersey black flares hoping they’d be long enough as I struggle to find trousers which are long in the leg. I am 5’10, which is tall.. but I know there are girls way taller than me- (with longer legs!!) but they came up on the shorter side- a couple inches too short in fact. Basically their ‘Tall’ collection is hit & miss and I wouldn’t recommend to any girls who are extra tall.

Some of their clothes are okay but sometimes quality is below par. Most recent issue was when I ordered a bodysuit and the arm ripped straightaway upon trying it on. Messages their twitter help team and upon being told I couldn’t get a replacement sent without sending the faulty one back first I quickly ordered another as I needed the item for upcoming weekend. Was planning on sending the faulty one back and just waiting for a refund as had reordered but then they randomly decided they were going to send a free replacement and cancel and refund new one I just ordered, great! Parcel arrived next day but I soon realised was not free replacement, I was then told I had been charged and shipped for the new order they said they would cancel for me and the replacement not being sent out at all? I then asked the the one I received to be refunded as that could act as my replacement and this was okay’d. Two days later when I realised the order had not changed to refunded on the app I was told to get a refund I would have to send new bodysuit back leaving me with the faulty one I received in the first place? Whole situation was confusing, customer service is always awful and clothes a sometimes okay - good for a bargain but often send wrong items or items ill fighting etc

never been so disappointed by , ordered a top on Friday with next day delivery ready for my leaving do Saturday night , it's now Monday and has only just been received by the carrier? that's just not right

I bought a mini skirt from Missguided. It was reasonably priced and looked cute online, but even after following the size chart to order, it was way too big for me when it arrived. I was pretty disappointed.

I purchased a dtess but it had a hole in it so I returned it and requested a replacement. Sent photo of dress on live chat also. Received anvemaul confirming A replacement dress was being sent. This was then cancelled by Missguided as dress was then "out of stock". Subsequently I was asked to review the dress which I obviously had not received. When I posted an honest review of the item ( it had a hole in it) Missguided then refused to publish an honest review. Clearly they only want great reviews.

I have been a customer of Missguided for many years now, before it became so popular (and when the prices were cheaper! i mean.. £170 dresses that you cant even try on or look at before you buy, really?.. like really we're gonna go there?) However, as the prices of their products have gone up, the quality has gone down rapidly. I was always happy with my orders - products were true to size, good quality, looked like the picture and reasonably priced. However, my last few orders have been a nightmare. the "Nude ultimate faux leather biker jacket" was nothing like the picture, the colour was bright pink not nude, a size 12 came up like it was a size 16 and the quality was awful. The "pink taupe crew neck sweatshirt" came in a dark mauve colour and was a size large when i ordered a small and lastly the "nude faux leather platform gladiator heeled sandals" do not stay wrapped up around the leg, the leather is too loose and to keep them up you would have to pull them so tight your blood circulation would cease. Having to return these things was inconvenient for me. however, the reason i give 2 stars rather than one is delivery is always next day even when selecting 3-5 days. just disappointing that they've changed.

I purchased a lovely looking silver bag, when it arrived it was considerably smaller in size, I could barely get the chain handle over my arm and the return form was not included in the package. If I wanted to send it back via the post office I would of had to of paid for the post and packaging.

placed an order for next day delivery however received a day later than advised. i did not receive an email or text advising the dispatch of my order was delayed however i had to chase this myself. i was not impressed and will not be ordering from them again. Not good customer service

The second time now i have ordered an item and a cheap remotely similar product has arrived in its place. . . The items have the same product number on but are defiantly not the same! Advice given. . . Return for a refund. I just want the item i ordered :( will check back to see if the misleading picture has been removed once i receive my refund. Dont want other people to be as disappointed as i am.

"clothes OK, delivery fast but returns appalling - you have to drive miles to drop off, and they say Hermes collect but then deliver with Yodel so that Hermes won't collect........not good enough"

I used to love Missguided, but lately I have found that the quality of their products has slipped. A lot of their dresses are made from cheap material and are practically seethrough. I also find that even if a product arrives in good condition, it doesn't tend to match the image on the site. For example, I ordered a top that was a baby pink colour, but the item I received was a dusty pink colour. It was still a nice top, but it wasn't what they were selling on the site. I also returned 2 items and they claimed they have not received them, even though I used tracked shipping so I know that they have. Standard of the site has dropped a lot in recent years.

I ordered a black Lacey body suit which came with holes and rips in it. Another body suit I ordered had the press study sewn in wrong which h felt uncomfortable to wear. And the quality of the clothing is cheap in general. I will be returning the black body suit ASAP

Their items rarely appear the same in person as they do in photos. Next day delivery is a SCAM, usually arrives even later than normal delivery. Will not be shopping here again.

AWFUL customer service, possibly the worst customer service I've ever encountered... they will pretend they are addressing your problem, and pretend they have done as much as they can but actually they have done nothing about it, nor do they care. Even the delivery company Hermes that works with them admits they're useless with sorting out any problem or error.

Bought a dress that was listed as £40 and it was such terrible quality. Sequins were falling off when I took it out of the bag. The sizing was inaccurate. The dress looked cheap. It was also extremely uncomfortable. Postage took up until the last minute.
