“Usually love their clothes however, recently made a purchase and was sent the wrong skirts i alerted them of this and there was no resolve but to return them, so i reordered as i really wanted to get the right ones only to be sent the wrong ones again. Then finally told there out of stock”

“I've ordered a range of clothing from miss guided over the past couple of years and have never been quite satisfied with the clothing. My first order was a mint co-ordinate which came as a bright turquoise and felt like curtain material. Another order included a silk red dress which was way too short, a skirt which I ordered in pink arrived nude and a black lace and elastic crop top fell to pieces straight away bearing in mind it was £25! I've also visited the store in Westfield Stratford and felt all the materials and nothing is worth the price. Although I must admit they do have a large range of clothing which look very nice.”

“The clothes I received were all the correct style, and the discount codes worked for me and they arrived within a reasonable amount of time. However they were a mix of UK size 8 and US size 8, the quality wouldn't have been worth HALF the money I paid for them, the shirts were cut weirdly so the neck sticks out at the back, all super sheer and cheap fabric, and on top of all that, I would lose more money on returning them.”

“I really like the merchandise but the delivery and the way some customerservice employees are communicating with the customers is sometimes awful. I placed an order twice and both were not delivered on time. I don't think I will place an order again.”

“I've ordered an item exactly a week ago to which I haven't received at all. The only update I've had from Hermes was that it was transferred to my local courier (bare in mind this was 24hrs after I placed the order) ,didn't hear any updates after that. I've tried to call misguided, both of their numbers are busy/unavailable so I went on their live chat several times over the past few days. I even spoke to a Hermes advisor, they couldn't help. Previous misguided advisors told me to continue waiting when I knew it wasn't going to show up :/ It took until an hour ago for them to confirm I was getting a refund. Disappointed is an understatement, complete waste of my time as the item was meant to be a Christmas present. I won't be shopping on here again.”

“When you pay money for a next day delivery you expect to receive it. It's been 3/4 days and I STILL HAVEN'T GOT IT. The service is so poor and I'm not the only one who had this problem, such a disappointment as the clothes are decent. I have vowed never to purchase there again and strongly recommend my friends not to purchase there. They are useless.”

“I ordered 5 items.. Being 1 coat 1 jumper 1 jumpsuit and 2 caps.. All in a little bag squashed together caps bent. Clothes creased look old”

“Nice clothes and always improving the range/style however have the worse courier service 'Hermes' so receiving your items is a chore its self. Don't waste your money ordering for next day delivery as it wont arrive!”

“I paid for express shipping (4 days to delivery) as I had my formal event coming up. My order has STILL not yet been trackable after 5 days. I'm very frustrated at the fact that I have received no replies from emails or the Facebook page. Will NOT be choosing express option next time.”

“ordered from Missguided a couple times, always had issues with delivery or communication with the company. I've emailed the company 3 times about an order I hadn't received and I haven't heard back once. it's now been a week. It turns out my parcel was squashed behind my recycle bin. the item was crushed and the printed receipt inside the parcel was smudged and unreadable.”

“this is my first time buying from this website. I waited months for their holographic rain coat to be back in stock, and I kept checking back for ages so when it was finally in stock again I excitedly ordered their lilac version and next day delivery. It arrived on time as promised, but the quality of the coat was terrible considering i'd paid £30 for it. It's thin and flimsy, made of plastic material that is stiff and awkward, not to mention that it makes the most awful noise whenever you move- sort of like crinkling paper constantly. In addition to this, the holographic part had ripped away from the lining on one of the arms. Unfortunately I'm now a little concerned to send it back after reading some of the reviews on here about people not receiving their refunds. oh well. it'll take some good photos for instagram i guess. Never buying from this site again.”

“I ordered a dress and when it came it was too big, the stitching was falling out in places and had some kind of green stain on it (the dress was beige so it was really noticable. I've asked for a full refund. The one positive is it was delivered very quickly. Dont think I would buy from them again which is a shame.”

“I ordered some active wear which was a good fit and ok quality. The other items I purchased such as a petite blazer, petite wet look leggings and a wrap jersey top was all too big not true to size (size 8) and bad quality. Yes the blazer is only 40€ but you get much better quality from Zara for same price. The leggings were nothing like they look in the photo, wide at the bottom and super short even for my petite frame! The blazer and top arrived so creased and out of shape it wasn't good. Then to send the items back I tried to read the options on the receipt/delivery note but the sentences were all half cut off like there was a side missing. I won't be ordering from here again.”

“Ordered 2 of the same dress as I wasn't too sure which size would fit and I needed it for the weekend. They only took a couple of days to arrive but when I tried them on they looked so cheap and tacky compared to the photos. I have seen many girls wearing tuxedo dresses and they look lovely but this one was not flattering at all and the 6 was huge!! I looked like I was wearing a mans jacket. Very disappointed as it looked much more expensive in the photo online.”

“I have no intention of using thi company again. Especiailly since the delivery system is a sham. I ordered a 3 dresses on their "Next day free service", 4 days later i was still waiting and had to buy a dress elsewhere for my event. Complete waste of time. This is the second time now. I have previously ordered a dress for a wedding in July. They lost the parcel and it took ages for the refund, AVOID THEM!”

“Very disappointed with the service!!! Ordered black jeans (skinny and coated) instead I received WHITE jeans!!! Unbelievable as the invoice included in the parcel had "black jeans " so how two colours of such contrast can be mistaken is beyond belief. Tried to return the jeans to the number of stores listed on their website, including Asda. Went to 4 different places and all stores/shops told me they don't offer that service for Misguided (even Asda). Had ordered the clothes to wear tomorrow night now I can't. Sent an email to them yesterday and still have had no reply. Absolutely appalling and I'm really annoyed at this ridiculous service. They don't even have a contact number to at least call them and talk to their customers. Basically it's easy for them to hide or even ignore emails from their valued customers. Discussing customer service. I don't know when I'm going to receive my jeans. Extremely disappointed not buying from them again. It was actually my first time, I had read all the bad reviews but I so wanted the jeans they have. Not to be repeated!!!!”

“I purchased the plus size Khaki bomber jacket, I'm very disappointed. The material is extremely cheap and flimsy, if you have long nails they will surely go through the material. It is not a jacket at all, I would say it's more like a thin satin scarf made into a jacket. It has no lining and is nothing like the picture online. VERY disappointed to say the least”

“Although most of the comments on here are based on customer service and delivery etc. I have given a poor rating as the clothes are not at the standard I was expecting them to be. First I bought A cropped jumper, the material is cheap and scratchy on the skin. Also the stitching at the end of the sleeves and edges of the top were poor quality and look unfinished. Nothing like what was described on the website. Second is another cropped turtleneck jumper. This was a problem since the head space wouldn't even allow a five year olds head through. No stretch or space is left, and you gain a fear of not being able to come out of the jumper once you ham age to get it on. The sleeves are extremely uncomfortable and don't seem to be sized up well. Overall the experience has been poor and so I will not be shopping here again. Hopefully returns will not be an issue. Finger crossed! Also next time I will defo remember to check reviews before shopping somewhere new..”
