I pay money for next day delivery and in still waiting two days after. I need my money back????????????????

I order from missguided a lot, and never learn about their delivery and I am disappointed every time, there's been times I have ordered and the delivery came when it said it would but I am now on day six of waiting for my 3-5 day order, I usually order next day but have given up with that and 3-5 days is definitely not any better, if you order from here be prepared to wait FOREVER for your delivery, they do have nice clothes though

Soooo I bought a white skirt, looked perfect in the picture! Tried it on when I got it and it's pretty much see thru. Not really sure what to do with it now ????

I have ordered from MissGuided twice (from Australia) and have had extreme difficulties both times. I had a similar ID issue as another reviewer with my first order, having to send my identification for a completely bizarre reason. I am currently involved in a struggle with my second order. I never received the order and it was instead 'returned' to them (have no idea why, still asking them to explain this). Apparently I am receiving a refund but of only half of the price I paid. I have explained how I do not see why my refund should only be half of what I paid considering I never actually received my order and it was them that instigated this return fiasco.

Ordered shoes twice in different style, UK 3 is their smallest size . But couldnt believe its way too big for me to think i ordered my correct size. Never gonna buy shoes in that website again!

I ordered a £40 jumpsuit and they sent me a £10 basic jersey skirt! But the reciept said that they sent us the jumpsuit and they charged us for it. I had to send it back, and to top it all off I had to pay for it to be sent back even though it was their error. On the returns sheet, one of the reasons for returning is 'wrong item recieved' so it must happen a lot. Surely youd think they would check they have the correct items before sending them off. And also for this order, (as i spent over £50) they said they would give me free next day delivery, i ordered it monday morning and it didnt come until wednesday afternoon. Overall, not my best experience with the website.

I ordered a dress and a top from here. Loved them on the website! Firstly, the delivery was terrible. I stayed in waiting for the delivery and I received no emails or text messages of the time it would be delivered at. Once finally receiving my delivery, the dress was not what I had expected. It looked very different on and the colour was not the same as it was advertised. I decided to keep the top considering it was only £8.00. Would never order from here again as it has left me stressed and I am going to have to search for a dress ANYWHERE ELSE.

I love the clothes from Missguided, they genuinely are good quality. However their delivery system is BEYOND poor. Every time I order next day delivery there always seem to be an issue. They will try and issue you a 10% promo code which really isn't acceptable if you're not planning on spending too much and considering their NDD price is £4.99. They are very hesitant to give you a refund on your postage and it becomes a battle to get one. Their communication is also terrible.

I've had a lot of problems with missguided!! Firstly when I tried to put items in my bag they kept leaving. When I finally got to order it they took a day to send me a order confirmation and 3 days later I still hadn't got a tracking number and when they finally got the tracking number every shipping website said that was an invalid tracking number. I still haven't received a correct tracking number!!!

I admit the clothes on the website look very tempting to wear but seriously beware of purchasing from this website. I live in Australia and I placed an order of 4 items and paid extra for express delivery, which was meant to arrive in 4 working days. Two days later, I placed another order, and this order arrived before my first order. I 'tracked' the order via the website and it said that it had been 'despatched' and gave me a link to track it via SkyNet. However SkyNet didn't have any recollection of my order and the tracking number didn't exist. I emailed and emailed and was pretty much at war with the company to track down my order, which they kept replying with 'we definitely sent your order etc etc.' yet the tracking number doesn't exist? They finally asked if I wanted a re-despatch, which I said yes, then two days later they said 3/4 of my items had sold out and therefore a re-despatch wasn't possible. They then cancelled my order. They also said sometimes I can't track my order because of the glitch on SkyNet.... I believe this is a lie. Seriously beware of this company.

I have tried several times to give this company another chance to rectify the poor shipment and return process. Once I attempted to return an item ($70), I was never refunded and they mysteriously never received the package. Another occurrence I processed a return for a friend, which I took to the USPS to ensure I had tracking information, my friend was never refunded. My friend informed me that she communicated back and forth via email, however still no refund. The final and last straw, I placed an order on Jan 19 today is Feb 2, the order has just arrived to the US as of today, with no additional information. I will not ever order from this company again!!!

Ordered items last Sunday - it's been 6 days today and still not received. I paid £2.99 for 'up to 5 days' delivery which in itself is a rip off! Contacted them twice to find out why it's not been delivered on time and had no response. I will be requesting a refund of the postage. Gutted I didn't read reviews of this place before I ordered :(
