“Bronzed candlesticks, very large and glamorous-looking at a very reasonable price. Haven't seen anything like them anywhere else. Also some lovely silver-mirrored tea light holders gave the room a bit of sparkle at a fantastic price. Love the range of items available and a very good service too.”

“I was pleased with my purchase all the way. Order, price and postage (the postage itself might have been a little bit too pricey, but I got my item on a discount and it was still cheaper than if I would have bought it from somewhere else). The jar itself is very pretty. Simple, yet elegant. It's a nice addition to my bathroom.”

“In my view good customer service is all about how things are dealt with when matters don't go according to plan. I had an issue, it was not only dealt pleasantly and efficiently but I received follow up calls to ensure all had been rectified to my satisfaction. I would certainly buy from Shabby Store again.”

“I recently purchased the Langan small chandelier from Shabby Store. I have been having discussions with them by email over the past month as originally it was out of stock. I can honestly say I have never dealt with a company who were so accommodating, helpful and professional in their business. They answered all my emails promptly (probably within the hour WOW.) Their pre-order and delivery information was spot on, the follow up phone call just left me thinking why can't all businesses be run like this. I would recommend Shabby Store to everyone. Well Done on Customer Satisfaction because I am extremely satisfied with all your service.”
