“I bought a Ghost Chair from Shabby Store after I had trawled lots of different websites and high street stores. I had decided - due to price - that this would be a good test purchase and not too expensive if I got it wrong. I am so impressed with the chair that I now know my research paid off and I got it right first time! The chair looks fantastic in our bedroom, I was even quoting the details to our builders to pass on. Friends and family have been impressed too, lots of people didn't know chairs lie this were available and at such a reasonable price!!!! I would use this supplier again and can't recommend them highly enough!”

“Wonderful service from start to finish. Lovely hallway bench, just what I've been looking for. Staff couldn't be more helpful when I experienced some issues whilst ordering. Even a phone call after to check I was happy with everything. Great service, thank you Shabby Store Dubravka”

“Very happy with my purchase, excellent customer service from lisa, she emailed me to tell me the Easter period had caused slight delay but informed me when my item would be dispatched and delivered, also received a follow up email to ensure It arrived safely and I was happy with my purchase, Looking forward to shopping with shabby store again soon.”

“Although I experienced a problem with my order, it arrived damaged in transit, the team at Shabby Store could not have been more helpful. They got a replacement product sent out to me promptly at no change and at s time to suit me. Over the time from the initial order to the replacement being delivered I phoned Shabby Store several times and we exchanged emails. Everyone who I was in contact with was very friendly and seemed keen to help me. I will order from Shabby Store again in the future. Excellent service.”

“Excellent communication, very well priced and care when packing the goods to ensure no damage is caused when delivered. Nice to receive a follow up call to make sure everything is ok, don't normally get this elsewhere but i thought it was a nice touch. 5 out of 5 !!”
