“Hi. I've been your customer since I had the iPhone 8 Plus. I'm sorry to say that your quality has deteriorated over time. I've the new apple watch and the 13 Pro Max. The apple watch had to be taken back twice (once at Dubai Mall & then to Mirdif CC) within a span of 1 month. You have a policy where the guard is put back FOC if returned in 15 days, however we were not able to since we were out of the country. The person at MCC was not willing to listen and kept saying that we cannot do anything. If you are backing on you quality you should support the customer. The 13 Pro Max is also showing signs of peeling off. I've paid 300+ dirhams for the guard and full phone protection. It's the sames guy at MCC who sold it to me and all I wanted was that my phone should be fully protected. Anyways I believe this is the last time I'll be getting your service since I'm totally dissatisfied with the service this time around.”
