I bought protection for two phones and six months later, in two cases, in the same place, the material began to peel off. This is a clear manufacturing defect, but the replacement is paid. Does that mean I have to pay twice a year?! In addition, the most expensive film is full of scratches after six months. Definitely I cannot recommend this manufacturer.

It might be good protection for the screen, but it I dont like the look of the screen, so I think I will remove the one on the screen, and just use the one on the backside.

Staff was a bit rude. Went to Kokas to ask for a renewal to my apple watch’s screen protector (for my top and bottom). He checked my details and it was all there, however my top ones are missing but he refused to do renew it and told me just to do my renewal in Pacific Place instead (did my previous ones in Pacific Place) lol. What an amazing service

Got some kind of mark on fusion glass till reaching home its not scratch just mark on glass but attendant refused to clean or change

Thank you regarding your product, However the person who apply your product on my device (Apple watch ) is not professional using his dirty hands and he took fees to replace the protection within 3 days of application

Price is too high for just a screen shield, 105 is too much , also not accepting fazaa card for different reasons such as weekends day or 13 mini iphone is not applicable for the discount, am a loyal customer but if prices will be like this then i will search for alternatives

Product quality is not good now as before, 2 to 3 months the clear-coat comes off and needs to be replaced. Before yearly replacement but now 2 to 3 months max, then needs to be replaced.

Frequent lamination is require as it is damaging because of quality. I am not much happy with the product. My wife's laminated few weeks before, and again i had to visit to replace it. And of course you have to pay every time.

The quality is good, but I hope if the company would give the loyal customers some discounts or offers. I've done 7 different phones with them each time costs over 220 AED, but they always charger me full price

I liked the result at first, but then i have noticed no matter how many times i change the screen protector it keeps on peeling off. I have upgraded to the full glass protection from front and back but still no use. I even put in the cover support one too and still no use.

When i did the full covering with Fusion material, tgey told me that in future replacement will cost me only 10 AED. Now when i went to replace they want to charge me 31 AED. After long discussion with a supervisor they charged me 21 AED.

It took me 45 minutes waiting there as the person was one and he had to handle many queries in between. Secondly outfitters has become very expensive. I have been a regular customer for my whole family as we do not chose any other product but yours from the time when Outfitters was known as clear coat. It started with AED 110 and you could change it later with a fee of AED 10. Now it's become AED 160 and AED 20 respectively. I see that the prices have gone up but nothing extra for the customers. I am sure you will agree that the market is loaded with competition so as a customer I am now having 2nd thoughts when I chose to protect my phone to consider other equal or maybe better products. To whom it may concern, Have installed fusion folio on iPhone 13 Pro Max, not me, workers at Mall of Split, in Split, Croatia. Cutting of folio and dimensions is not perfect at all and it’s not inline matching screen size. Bottom part of screen is more exposed than top, therefore folio hasn’t been cut properly and or measures are not matching. If cutting is done by machine, I believe iPhone 13 pro max screen size is well known to all, thus this should be improved. Since folio is not covering whole screen when opening phone, my finger is always getting stuck for folio bottom part, again because folio not properly cut. There are bubbles on 2 spots. After 3 days usage observing small scratches. Would like to believe that this was better investment than other screen protectors, unfortunately after few initial days I realize that I might made mistake. In close future time will tell.
