“I have replaced my skin protection film on my iPhone XS so many times, as it keeps peeling off after every few months, due to regular use - in and out of pockets, car cup holders, etc. although, I have a hard back-cover which covers the whole phone except the screen, I feel it is not worth the money they charge for the first-time with a promise of a lifetime guarantee (technically, until you next upgrade your phone) and then charge AED 10.50 for every time one needs to replace screen protector. They should either bring down the first-time cost to around AED 10-12 or if they want to keep the first-time cost the same then at least the next 5 replacements should be free. Or else, it is cheaper to put a toughed glass screen protector for AED 15.00 in any mobile accessories shop which lasts longer. I have done that with my other phone and it doesn't peel like this one. For my next upgrade (very soon) I will not fall for such a charade.”

“I have been using clear coat for many years and found their product excellent but expensive, always had full skin protection, I find that the I watch skins require re skinning frequently ( but the re skin cost ok) On my last visit to Mobile Outfitters, waited 1Hr, for store to open, l had Pro13 full fusion & bumper (£135) re skin on pro 11 & new bumper as old had split on corner ( surely should be free on warranty) I watch 4 & 6 re skin, because the iwatch 6 had a missing screen skin, ( l had receipts for full skin) the fitter charged me a full skin price £40 rather than £7, quoting terms and conditions, quite happy to charge me £220+ for all work it could have been - £33, So a great day for the fitter, 1 hr less working day and extra £33 on his first job of the day, Their skins are good, but I find that l do have several re skins overtime, watches quite regularly, so handing over quite a sum of money over the lifetime of my tech, after this experience l will seek to find an alternative”

“THE PROTECTION NOT CUTTING VERY WELL AND I CAME BACK TO CHANGE 5 TIMES . IT IS FREE BECAUSE NOT MY MISTAKE BUT I LOST A LOT OF TIME FOR WAITING UNTIL THEY FINISH. MY MOBILE HUAWEI NOVA 7 SE . UNTIL NOW I HAVE SAME PROBLEM . SO SORRY FOR THIS REVIEW.”

“1) You don't have new colours or options for the S20 Ultra model 2) If I opt for one colour cover 1st time and next when I change a new colour you're charging more for the existing customers which I personally feel is not encouraging. 3) iPhone has more options with colours like multiple shaded options but in Samsung nothing is available.”

“I have used there product for my Samsung ultra s21 & after almost 20days the protection came off. I did it again from the same shop in mega mall its the same. According to me, the product is fully disappointing”

“When the product was offered I thought it was fantastic. Within a month the sides started peeling off. I went back to the seller last Saturday to raise a complaint, only to be told I needed to pay another £17 to have the sides done. After paying £60 I found it disgusting to be asked to pay when I was told the product had a lifetime guarantee.”

“Hi, The Burjuman Mall Kiosk couldn't fix the screen skin properly. It's coming out from the sides. I have to visit the kiosk again to get it fixed. It is not nearby which is frustrating as I have to waste my time and money on petrol or metro to visit again. Also you should allow a person with a bill ( having name , number and model of the phone ) to get the skin changed without having the old skin handy. If you cannot do this then have the customers photo , model of the phone registered on your system. I had lost my back panel skin in India because my little cousin pulled it out and threw it somewhere. I had to pay for the whole back panel skin again. Not fair Hoping that you will consider my request. Thanks Qadir 0569714646”

“Got a screen protector film for S21 Ultra front screen. Saw scratches and marks just a couple of days after first installation. Customer service was good and they replaced it for me for free because I bought it just few days back. Unfortunately same happened with the second installation just after couple of days. S21 Ultra is known for it beautiful screen but unfortunately this protective film absolutely spoils the look of it with its scratches and marks. Would have given it 1 star but giving it 2 stars because they did replace it for free once.”

“The clear coat lasts for a max of 3 months and the residue of the glue ruins the phone. Proper cleaning tools should be provided to the staff so that the staff can remove the old glue prior to applying the new coating during a replacement.”
