“I made subscription to change mobile protection every time I go they tell me to wait more than 40 minutes which is too much time to wait I never had a chance to replace the protection for my phone”

I got a new phone from boots Mobile two days ago and I had them to put on my new phone Mobile Outfitters and it look good but not sure of how well it's going to work anyway I think it's a good product and to Replace it. I was told that a $ 10.00 dollar. to Replace it if damage will that's not good what happen to the free deal.”

“I used to apply a little comparitively high priced screen guard, ₹800 one which did not used to get set up in front of me and used to take a while to get fixed, it did not have fingerprint capability but was properly fixed, and used to be neat. At mobile outfitters I have to pay one time fee of over ₹2000 then later on ₹450? It is strong actually, I dropped my phone by mistake and noticed nothing happened to either the screen guard or the phone perhaps earlier for which the previous screen guard would have showcased a visibly of breakage. I did doubt mobile outfitters when their spray was being applied when the phone was on and I noticed some cliches for that (actually my phone was having a screen display problem and had used another third party service like buzzmeeh and later on saw they have very high negative rating on the internet with probably some FIRs against them as well...) , I'm probably rating it at that because for some reason I feel the service, the perfect fitting (when I first came the screen guard was placed over the camera, they just fit it again though not charging me), the neatness, the thorough satisfaction of paying so much or joining them for long lacks the trust maybe 🤔, but as an advantage I'm told that of the only branch they have in Hyderabad, is pretty close by to my place and is therefore convenient...”

“I came to Mobile Outfitters for a solution to preserve and protect my I Phone watch Ultra screen. I was offered the features I expected; however I missed on a point before getting the job done ! The point is, I had my i-phone covered with a similar product with life time warranty and free replacement option. However the "protector" isnt immune to perfume/alchohol vapours or drops. (The stains that appear after a drop of perfume/ alchohol on the screen protector); This leaves a permanent scar/mark and this doesn't look good at all. With Mobile Outfitters (not your fault as Indid not query on this point before I got the application done) after the application of the protector on my Watch Ultra, I asked about the consequence of alcohol (hand sanitisers)/ perfumes etc; and the assistance said the screen protector will get stained !! In this era of COV and other infectious diseases for which we used these sanitisers etc quite frequently, there should be a solution with Mobile Outfitters. Hope you come up with something :) Else alls good. John/ Dubai.”

“The Good: Materials are high-quality and durable. The negatives are as follows: always there is a change of staff that doesn't know the old members - 60% of the calls to customer service are not understandable - Some of the staff are rude while on the phone. I live in Dubai and I always go to the branch next to my home to solve the issue after a long conversation about Fusion material with the staff.”

I first got it done in Burjuman and two days later it was bulging with bubbles. I got it done again at Deira City Center and once again it has started peeling off.
